  • Patent number: 11127041
Abstract: A system and method is provided for determining when an electronic correspondence is reviewed by a consumer, and referencing this information when generating a subsequent electronic correspondence. The information may be used to determine when to send the subsequent electronic correspondence to the consumer. For example, the subsequent correspondence may be sent at the same time of day as when the consumer is determined to have previously reviewed an electronic correspondence. The information may also be used to determine what to include in the subsequent electronic correspondence. For example, time-sensitive promotions that are selected based on the information identifying the previous time at which the consumer reviewed a previous electronic correspondence, may be included in the subsequent electronic correspondence.

  • Publication number: 20210287565
Abstract: A monitoring and play making recommendation system for the sport of football that uses a combination of historical and real-time data for proving a coaching recommendation. In one example, the coaching recommendation is based on a fourth-down play and includes a recommendation to attempt a field goal, punt, or attempt a fourth down conversion. Each recommendation is associated with a team's ultimate game winning probability. Data relied upon by the system can be changed based on predetermined profile data for various on-field teams or by changing individual team attributes based on the absence or presence of individual players. Recommendations are provided as visualizations and relayed to a user interface. The system may also work on a media platform for modifying live video feeds and presenting certain game winning opportunity graphics to home viewers.

  • Publication number: 20210280303
Abstract: A monitoring system that includes at least one virtual boundary and assigns persons or mobile devices crossing into the virtual boundary a identifier. The identifier is then monitored for further crossing into and out of the virtual boundary and a categorization is developed based on the frequency, time passage, and other variables. The categorization will generally associate the identifier as an employee, a patient, or a visitor. In addition, the categorization step further includes sub-categorizing types of patients and employees. A monitoring circuit is provided that that generates recommendations related to organization, scheduling, and facility layout configurations, market share opportunities, staffing, hours of operation, quality benchmarks can be provided.

  • Publication number: 20210222980
Abstract: A sear mechanism for a firearm pivotably mounts a sear body on a sear lever which is pivotably mounted on the firearm frame. An actuator lever is also pivotably mounted on the frame. The actuator lever is pivoted by a trigger bar connected to the firearm's trigger. Pivoting of the actuator lever when the trigger is pulled allows the sear lever to pivot. Pivoting of the sear lever allows the sear body to fall off of a surface on a striker, releasing the striker to discharge the firearm.

  • Publication number: 20210211457
Abstract: A computer method and system to determine one or more sub-groups of protected network servers for receiving common network filter settings for mitigating Denial of Services (Dos) attacks. Network traffic associated with the plurality of network servers is captured and collated for each of the plurality of network servers. The collated network traffic is then analyzed to determine a profile of one or more network services provided by each of the plurality of network servers. Each of the plurality of network servers is then tagged with one or more network services determined provided by each network server based upon analysis of the collated network traffic. Metadata is then determined from the collated network traffic that is associated with each of the plurality of network servers.

  • Publication number: 20210209037
Abstract: Systems and devices can include a controller and a command queue to buffer incoming write requests into the device. The controller can receive, from a client across a link, a non-posted write request (e.g., a deferred memory write (DMWr) request) in a transaction layer packet (TLP) to the command queue; determine that the command queue can accept the DMWr request; identify, from the TLP, a successful completion (SC) message that indicates that the DMWr request was accepted into the command queue; and transmit, to the client across the link, the SC message that indicates that the DMWr request was accepted into the command queue. The controller can receive a second DMWr request in a second TLP; determine that the command queue is full; and transmit a memory request retry status (MRS) message to be transmitted to the client in response to the command queue being full.

  • Publication number: 20210184946
Abstract: A method and system are provided for monitoring a protected network. The method includes, in a scoring phase, receiving a learned model having clusters of learning requests of learning network traffic observed during non-strain operation of the protected network, wherein each cluster has an associated characteristic learning response time. The method further includes receiving a score request to score a network service request of the network traffic, classifying the network service request with one of the clusters by comparing fields of the network service request to fields used for clustering the learning requests with the cluster, calculating a score based on the characteristic learning response times generated for the learned cluster to which the network service request is classified, and adjusting supportive handling of the network service request based on the score.

  • Publication number: 20210185069
Abstract: The method and system are provided for monitoring a protected network for strain. The method includes receiving a learned model having clusters of learning requests of learning network traffic observed during non-strain operation of the protected network, observing network traffic, classifying each of the traffic requests with one of the clusters based on fields of the traffic request and fields used for clustering the learning requests, determining an analysis response time for respective traffic requests associated with the classified traffic requests, determining an analysis response time characteristic per cluster based on an analysis response time associated with the respective classified traffic requests classified with the cluster, determining a difference per cluster between the analysis response time and the learning response times associated with the cluster, and notifying a mitigation device when the difference determined for enough of the clusters exceeds a predetermined threshold.
