  • Patent number: 10742577
Abstract: A method and system is disclosed for evaluating a chat message sent between users of an online environment. The method may include receiving a chat message and parsing the message into words. The method determines the acceptability of the message by matching the message to a plurality of acceptable messages stored in a data structure. Upon determining the message does not match any acceptable messages, the method replaces each word in the message with grammatical metadata. The method may use templates to determine if the message has acceptable word combinations based on the metadata. The method may also compare the metadata to rules wherein the rules determine if the message has unacceptable word combinations based on the metadata. The method may send the message to a user upon determining words in the message do not match any word in a list of unacceptable words.

  • Patent number: 10713947
Abstract: A parking inventory management system includes a sensor apparatus with at least one magnetometer configured to generate a magnetic signature of a vehicle as it drives across the sensor apparatus. A computing device performs an analysis of the magnetic signature of the vehicle as received from the at least one magnetometer, the analysis including at least comparing the magnetic signature of the vehicle as received from the at least one magnetometer to known magnetic signatures of known vehicles. The computing device performs the analysis of the magnetic signature of the vehicle by comparing the magnetic signature of the vehicle to each of the known magnetic signatures of known vehicles to thereby determine a direction of travel of the vehicle based upon the comparison.

  • Patent number: 10702432
Abstract: A seat lift for a bath that includes a seat, a seat back hingedly connected to the seat, a torsion spring, and a guide means for guiding the seat in reversible movement between lower and upper positions. The guide means is configured so that movement between the lower and upper positions comprises both vertical and lateral movement of the seat relative to a base of the bath. The seat back may move between a first seat back position in which the seat back is substantially upright and a second seat back position in which the seat back is orientated so that a user is leaning backwards. The torsion spring biases the seat back to rotate around the hinge connecting the seat back to the seat toward the first seat back position. The torsion spring torque is smaller when the seat is in the lower position than in the upper position.

  • Publication number: 20200173679
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for employing an environment of sensor arrays at an air handling unit. Each sensor array can include one or more sensors for collecting data related to a portion of an air handling unit. Additionally, each sensor can be in communication with each other and/or each sensor array can be in communication with a remote server for processing the collected data. The collected data can be correlated in order to identify how various portions of the air handling unit are affected by other portions of the air handling unit and other systems that are external to the air handling unit. For instance, certain properties of motor and/or filter operations can be indicative of heating and/or cooling coil fouling and/or changes in air pressure of rooms served by an air handling unit.

  • Patent number: 10625266
Abstract: An embodiment of a reagent container includes a bottle with a pipe to reduce the effects of reagent sloshing. The bottle has an elongated base and an opposed cover connected by side walls and an end wall. A flat platform surrounded by a raised rim lies in the base opposite an opening in the cover. A ribbed pipe frictionally fits within the bottle opening and may attach to the anchor region leaving vent passages around the pipe. The pipe includes an aperture adjacent to the anchor region and oriented toward the end wall so that sloshed fluid has only a small effect on the level of reagent in the pipe during transfers. A modified blow molding process produces the anchor region by extending a pin a predetermined distance into a mold while the molded material is still plastic.
