The electric motor includes a first partition member forming a first ventilation path between the first partition member and the frame, and a second partition member forming a second ventilation path between the second partition member and the frame. In addition, the stator has a third ventilation path penetrating through the stator from one end to another end of the stator in a direction of a rotational axis and configured to communicate with the first ventilation path and the second ventilation path.

Memory opening fill structures including a respective vertical stack of memory elements is formed through the insulating layers and the layer stacks. Memory openings, contact via cavities, or backside trenches may be used as access points for removing the sacrificial material layers.
