  • Publication number: 20050153238
Abstract: A photosensitive polyimide resin composition has: a polyimide resin composition having a polyimide copolymer that is prepared by an imidation reaction of an acid dianhydride with a diamine; and a photosensitizer added to the polyimide resin composition. The polyimide copolymer has a polyimide constitutional unit-to-substituent ratio of 200 to 600, and the polyimide constitutional unit-to-substituent ratio is defined as C=A/B, where A represents a molecular weight of a repeating unit in a polyimide main chain constituting the polyimide copolymer, and B represents a total number of substituents in the repeating unit.

  • Patent number: 6680363
Abstract: An acid dianhydride, together with a diamine, is heated in an organic polar solvent in the presence of &ggr;-caprolactone or &bgr;-butyrolactone as an acid catalyst to prepare a polyimide having an average molecular weight of 10,000 to 300,000. This production process can realize the production of a polyimide which is soluble in a solvent and has high processability and stability.

  • Patent number: 6586730
Abstract: A compact, easy-to-use device is provided which takes in a sample over a shorter distance, the sample introducing time is shortened, and contamination is prevented when the sample is introduced. A burner for generating a plasma, a deflecting portion provided with parallel electrodes for deflecting ions, and an analyzer room for performing mass separation of the deflected ions, these being disposed in a plane in the horizontal direction, and a sample setting portion for setting a sample, a peristaltic pump for aspirating the sample and the burner for introducing and burning the aspirated sample are disposed in a plane in the vertical direction relative to the aforesaid plane. The sample is supplied to the burner from below, and the ions generated by the plasma are made to flow on a horizontal plane.

  • Patent number: 5174160
Abstract: This invention relates to a method or apparatus by which comparatively low-voltage electric wires and cables laid at power stations and other locations can be diagnosed for deterioration of their polymer-insulation in a non-destructive way. The method or apparatus comprises applying a torsional force to the electric wire or cable, detecting the resulting repulsion as a torque, and estimating the degree of deterioration of the polymer-insulation in the electric wire or cable on the basis of the detected value of torque.
