  • Publication number: 20070191311
Abstract: The present inventors have carried out intensive screening of a new type compound which inhibits the P2X2/3,3 receptor and found as a result that minodronic acid as a bisphosphonate having bone resorption inhibitory action shows excellent P2X2/3,3 receptor inhibitory action and can be used as a preventive or therapeutic agent for various pains, thus accomplishing the invention. That is, the invention relates to a P2X2/3,3 receptor inhibitor, particularly an analgesic, which comprises minodronic acid or a salt thereof as the active ingredient. Since the “P2X2/3 and/or P2X3 receptor inhibitor” of the invention inhibits the function of P2X2/3,3 receptor known as a molecule which is concerned in various pains consisting of nociceptive pain, inflammatory pain and neurogenic pain, it is useful for the prevention or treatment of various pains in which the P2X2/3,3 receptor is concerned in the pain transduction.

  • Patent number: 6523905
Abstract: A crawler carrier capable of smoothly operating a driving force source even at a slant. The driving force source is arranged between a dump body and a cab and laid in a lateral direction and at the same time the driving force source and a heat exchanger are arranged in series in a lateral direction. With such an arrangement as above, the driving force source can be arranged at an upper structure frame under a state in which it becomes substantially horizontal without interfering with the dump body. Even when the crawler carrier performs work at a slant the engine can always be lubricated with lubricant oil and the driving force source can be operated smoothly.

  • Patent number: 6361246
Abstract: A tired roller, which permits widening the field of view on both the left and right sides of an operator's section and is convenient for steering. In a tired roller with an operator's section arranged close to a right-hand side wall of a tired roller main body 11 and with an ingress-egress step 18 arranged on the tired roller main body 11, a space 20 for the arrangement of the ingress-egress step 18 is formed on the tired roller main body 11 at a position between a left-hand side wall and the operator's section. In the arrangement space 20, the ingress-egress step 18 which is provided with plural treads 21,22,23 is arranged extending aslant from the operator's section toward a lower part of the left-hand side wall, so that an operator 9 can look down at a road surface on the left side from the operator's section through a space above the treads 21,22,23.
