Patent number: 11846592Abstract: A system and method for X-ray computed tomography includes a robotic arm that moves an X-ray emitter around a subject in a curvilinear path and an X-ray detector that captures 2-dimensional views while the subject is scanned. Movements of the emitter and detector are coordinated such that the position and angle of the emitter relative to the detector remains substantially constant during scanning. A processor uses computed tomography to reconstruct an image of the subject from the captured 2-dimensional views. The robotic arm varies the pitch of the X-ray emitter during the scan to enhance the spatial resolution of the reconstructed image. The processor generates a projection transformation matrix based on movement of the robotic arm for each captured 2-dimensional view that is applied during reconstruction.Type: GrantFiled: July 21, 2021Date of Patent: December 19, 2023Assignee: Orimtech Ltd.Inventors: Boris S. Patent number: 11848979Abstract: The subject matter of this specification can be implemented in, among other things, a method that includes determining, by a first computing device, a set of remote applications hosted by a second computing device including file type associations for each remote application. The first computing device determines a set of local applications and their file type associations. The each file type associated with a remote application, the first computing device determines whether the file type is also associated with a local application. Responsive to determining that the file type is associated with both a remote and local application, the first computing device configures a proxy component with parameters specifying the remote application and the local application. The proxy component is configured to determine whether to open a requested file of the file type with the remote application or the local application based upon the current client/server environment.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2022Date of Patent: December 19, 2023Assignee: Parallels International GmbHInventors: Ivan Korobov, Silvan Chetcuti, Ruslan Sadovnikov, Nikolay Dobrovolskiy, Serguei M. Publication number: 20230378386Abstract: A dynamic photodiode detector or detector array having a light absorbing region of doped semiconductor material for absorbing photons. Electrons or holes generated by photon absorption are detected with a construction of oppositely heavily doped anode and cathode regions and a heavily doped ground region of the same doping type as the anode region. Photon detection involves switching the device from reverse bias to forward bias to create a depletion region enclosing the anode region. When a photon is then absorbed the electron or hole thereby generated drifts under the electric field induced by the biasing to the depletion region where it causes the anode-to-ground current to increase. Furthermore, the detector is configured such that anode-to-cathode current starts to flow once a threshold number of electrons or holes reaches the depletion region, where the threshold may be one to provide single photon detection.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 25, 2023Publication date: November 23, 2023Applicant: ActLight SAInventors: Maxim GUREEV, Denis SALLIN, Serguei OKHONIN

Patent number: 11806121Abstract: A method of identifying and locating tissue abnormalities in a biological tissue includes irradiating an electromagnetic signal, via a probe defining a transmitting probe, in the vicinity of a biological tissue. The irradiated electromagnetic signal is received at a probe, defining a receiving probe, after the signal is scattered/reflected by the biological tissue. Blood flow information pertaining to the biological tissue is provided. Based on the received irradiated electromagnetic signal and the blood flow information, tissue properties of the biological tissue are reconstructed. A tracking unit determines the position of at least one of the transmitting probe and the receiving probe while the step of receiving is being carried out, the at least one probe defining a tracked probe. The reconstructed tissue properties are correlated with the determined probe position so that tissue abnormalities can be identified and spatially located.Type: GrantFiled: December 5, 2022Date of Patent: November 7, 2023Assignee: EMTensor GmbHInventor: Serguei Y Semenov

Publication number: 20230353439Abstract: This application proposes multi-beam antenna systems using spherical lens with high isolation between antenna ports and compatible to 2×2, 4×4, 8×8 MIMO transceivers. Several compact multi-band multi-beam solutions (with wideband operation, 40%+, in each band) are achieved by creating dual-band radiators movable on the track around spherical lens and by placing of lower band radiators between spherical lenses. By using of secondary lens for high band radiators, coupling between low band and high band radiators is reduced. Beam tilt range and side lobe suppression are improved by special selection of phase shift and rotational angle of radiators. Resultantly, a wide beam tilt range (0-40 degree) is realized in proposed multi-beam antenna systems. Each beam can be individually tilted. Based on proposed single- and multi-lens antenna solutions, cell coverage improvements and stadium tribune coverage optimization are also achieved, together with interference reduction.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 11, 2023Publication date: November 2, 2023Inventors: Serguei Matitsine, Igor Timofeev, Leonid Matytsine, Anthony DeMarco

Publication number: 20230315855Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and method for creating a backup and restoring the exact clean system state prior to malware detection. The system includes a security system, in communication with one or more applications of a computing system, and a backup unit. The security system detects malware during execution of the applications or events based on a memory dump analysis. The backup unit creates a backup copy of the system state corresponding to each event, labels each copy and creates an index. When the security system detects presence of the malware at a particular event, the backup system parses the index, and with use of the labels, retrieves the exact backup copy that belongs to the event preceding the other event that caused the malware attack.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 29, 2022Publication date: October 5, 2023Inventors: Vladimir Strogov, Sergey Ulasen, Serguei Beloussov, Stanislav Protasov

Publication number: 20230315881Abstract: The invention relates to data recovery technology. Each created backup is checked for the integrity of the placed files, while calculating the checksums of each block of data that can be restored from the backup. The computer system is restored from a backup copy by connecting it using the archive copy connection driver, which creates a virtual disk that is readable by standard means of the operating system of the computer system being restored. The booting of the operating system is performed from the virtual disk and, after restoring the functioning of the computer system, the system volume that has been damaged is restored from the backup copy to the local storage medium.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 29, 2022Publication date: October 5, 2023Inventors: Vladimir Strogov, Alexey Sergeev, Alexey Kostushko, Serguei Beloussov, Stanislav Protasov
