    Abstract: Embodiments disclose a data transmission method and a related apparatus, to enable a network device to schedule uplink transmission and a time resource on which the uplink transmission is located. One method includes transmitting, by a terminal device, a scheduling request, where the scheduling request includes information about at least one first transport block. The method also includes receiving, by the terminal device, scheduling information on a first time resource, and determining, by the terminal device, a target time resource, where the target time resource includes a second time resource or a third time resource, and a time interval between the second time resource and the first time resource is greater than a time interval between the third time resource and the first time resource. The method further includes transmitting, by the terminal device, a second transport block on the target time resource based on the scheduling information.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an information processing method and apparatus. A terminal device encodes uplink control information (UCI) to obtain coded bits of the UCI, and encodes data to obtain coded bits of the data. The terminal device multiplexes the coded bits of the UCI and the coded bits of the data to obtain a multiplexed bit sequence. The terminal device then transmits the multiplexed bit sequence to a network device via a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). A length of a transmission time interval of the UCI is less than or equal to 0.5 millisecond. In this way, data transmission latency can be reduced.

The first node allocates up to X of the VOQs among flows corresponding to i) currently allocated VOQs, and ii) the flows corresponding to the received fair rate records. The first node operates each allocated VOQ according to the corresponding recommended rate of flow until a deallocation condition obtains for the each allocated VOQ.

    Abstract: A network device includes network ports to communicate with source devices and destination devices. The network device receives respective packets from each source device and, for each source device, respectively performs the following operations. The network device stores the respective packets in a shared memory that stores all packets from all of the source devices, and dequeues the respective packets from the shared memory to send the packets to destination devices. Responsive to the storing and the dequeuing, the network device respectively increases and decreases an input packet count for the source device. The network device determines for the source device a packet sending rate based on the input packet count and a flow control threshold common across all of the source devices in accordance with a proportional integral (PI) control equation. The network device transmits to the source device a control message including the packet sending rate.
