Abstract: A magnetic memory with improved writing margin is provided, which includes a magnetic tunnel junction device and an adjustment layer. The magnetic tunnel junction device includes an anti-ferromagnetic layer, a pinned layer, a tunnel barrier layer, and a free layer formed sequentially. The adjustment layer is formed on one side of the magnetic tunnel junction device and contacts the free layer. The thickness of the adjustment layer is smaller than 20 nm and it employs Ru or Ru-base materials. The magnetic memory with improved writing margin may improve the switching uniformity and reduce the switching field of the free layer. Therefore, the current necessary for the write word line is reduced.

Abstract: A color blend structure for improving the display of a backlight module of an LCD panel includes a reflective sheet stacked with a light guide panel and at least two LEDs of different colors buried in a side of the light guide panel. The light guide panel includes a depressed opening disposed between the LEDs, and the light guide panel includes an LCD panel stacked thereon, such that when the LEDs produce colored lights of different colors, no light diffusion resulting a color blend will be produced due to the separation provided by the depressed opening and the reflection controlled at the edge of the depressed opening, such that when the LCD panel displays different color areas as warnings, users can view the warnings without any color confusion.

Abstract: A stable pressure release device for electronic sphygmomanometer includes a casing and a multi-passage interconnecting pipe on the casing. An end of the interconnecting pipe is connected to a cuff, a pump, a pulse detector, and a low airflow valve. The low airflow valve includes an air passage which has a piston made of a porous material, so that when the electronic sphygmomanometer is used, the pump pressurizes and sends air into the interconnecting pipe. After the cuff is filled up with air, the air in the cuff is released in a low airflow steadily to the outside through the small even air holes of the piston. Therefore, the pulse sensor can accurately detect a pulse signal of the blood pressure, since the airflow is small and stable. The piston will not be exhausted easily and the airflow is steady, and thus errors will not result easily during the detection.

Abstract: A computer system includes a first storage device, a second storage device, a programmable device for converting formats of data stored in the first storage device and the second storage device, a first bus for transmitting data between the first storage device and the programmable device, a second data bus for transmitting data between the second storage device and the programmable device, a control bus, the first storage device and the second storage device, and a central processing unit for outputting a control signal to the programmable device, the first storage device and the second storage device via the control bus. The programmable device can reduce data transmission time and workload of the central processing unit and increase the efficiency of the computer system.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a tunnel type electronic sphygmomanometer which comprises a base; an electronic manometer casing disposed on the base; a display device installed on the electronic manometer casing; and a blood pressure measuring device installed on one side of the electronic manometer casing; wherein the blood pressure measuring device is coupled to the electronic manometer casing through an electric circuit and a gas pipeline, such that the blood pressure measuring device is coupled by a fixture during the manufacturing process of the electronic sphygmomanometers, and sphygmomanometer manufacturers can meet the requirements for a blood pressure measurement taken from the left arm or the right arm of a user, wherein the electronic sphygmomanometer can be placed on either sides of the arm of the user as to achieve the objectives of effectively lowering the manufacturing cost and reducing the storage space for inventory.
