Abstract: The present disclosure presents a NFC (Near Field Communication) enabled medical device system comprising: a medical device which is able to obtain an individual's at least one physiological parameter and comprises a first NFC reader/writer used to store and exchange data; a portable module comprising a first NFC tag which stores data and exchanges data with the medical device by means of the first NFC reader/writer. As such, an individual's measured and stored physiological parameters can be rapidly, conveniently, confidentially and safely transferred to specific application software in a smart mobile phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer so as to facilitate personal health management by listing individual's physiological parameter history and producing statistical tables and charts for the physiological parameters.

Abstract: A top-pinned magnetic tunnel junction device with perpendicular magnetization, including a bottom electrode, a non-ferromagnetic spacer, a free layer, a tunneling barrier, a synthetic antiferromagnetic reference layer and a top electrode, is provided. The non-ferromagnetic spacer is located on the bottom electrode. The free layer is located on the non-ferromagnetic spacer. The tunnel insulator is located on the free layer. The synthetic antiferromagnetic reference layer is located on the tunneling barrier. The synthetic antiferromagnetic reference layer includes a top reference layer located on the tunneling barrier, a middle reference layer located on the bottom reference layer and a bottom reference layer located on the tunneling barrier. The magnetization of the top reference layer is larger than that of the bottom reference layer. The top electrode is located on the synthetic antiferromagnetic reference layer.

Abstract: A sliding hinge for a portable device has a main bracket, a mounting panel and a coil spring. The mounting panel is slid relative to the main bracket. A distal end of the coil spring is attached securely to the mounting panel. The mounting panel is attached securely to a cover of the portable device. A proximal end of the coil spring is attached securely to a base of the portable device. When the cover is slid to open, the coil spring forces the cover to be fully opened.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a resistive memory device is provided. A bottom electrode and a cup-shaped electrode connected to the bottom electrode are formed in an insulating layer. A cover layer extends along a first direction is formed and covers a first area surrounded by the cup-shaped electrode and exposes a second area and a third area surrounded by the cup-shaped electrode. A sacrificial layer is formed above the insulating layer. A stacked layer extends along a second direction and covers the second area surrounded by the cup-shaped electrode and a portion of the corresponding cover layer is formed. A conductive spacer material layer is formed on the stacked layer and the sacrificial layer. By using the sacrificial layer as an etch stop layer, the conductive spacer material layer is etched to form a conductive spacer at the sidewall of the stacked layer.

Abstract: A hinge is mounted between a cover and a base of a portable device and has a first connecting element, a second connecting element and a pintle. The first connecting element is attached securely to the cover. The second connecting element is attached securely to the base. The pintle is hollow and is mounted through the first and second connecting elements. The wires of the portable device are mounted through the hollow pintle so that the rooms for the wires and for the pintle are overlapped. Therefore, the room occupied by the wires is decreased and the volume of the portable device is also reduced.

Abstract: A hinge assembly has a pintle, a torque assembly and a resistance assembly. The pintle has a head formed on the pintle. The torque assembly is mounted on the pintle at a first side of the head to provide a force to automatically open the cover relative to the body to a first angle. The resistance assembly is mounted on the pintle at a second side of the head to provide a frictional force to hold the cover at a second angle relative to the body when the cover is closed relative to the body. Accordingly, the cover can be pivoted open relative to the body automatically with the torque provided by the torque assembly.

Abstract: An eForm with integrated business logic is created from an existing eForm using a parser to parse a source eForm to extract attributes of items on the source eForm. An item recognition unit recognizes interactive items in the source eForm according to the attributes of the items extracted by the parser. A business logic recognition unit recognizes business logic integrated into the source eForm according to the attributes of the items. An object eForm generator generates an object eForm containing the recognized interactive items and business logic.

Abstract: A microdroplet generation apparatus comprises an oscillation plate having a first through-hole, a connection plate having a second through-hole corresponding to the first through-hole, a nozzle disc fixed to the connection plate and having a plurality of tiny injection holes on a region thereof corresponding to the first and second through-holes, and a bonding material joining together the oscillation plate and the connection plate. The connection plate has at least one side wall corresponding to and joined with a side wall of the contour or the first through-hole of the oscillation plate. The side walls of the connection plate increase the joined area of the connection plate, whereby is enhanced the joining strength of the connection plate and the oscillation plate, and whereby the connection plate can effectively conduct the vibration energy of the radial and longitudinal Rayleigh waves to the nozzle disc, and whereby is improved liquid atomization.

Abstract: A nebulizer and cartridge structure thereof for use in a nebulization apparatus comprises a first cartridge accommodation space and a second cartridge accommodation space. The first cartridge accommodation space includes at least one connection bottom, and the second cartridge accommodation space includes at least one connection side. Moreover, the second cartridge accommodation space is disposed under a lower connection position of the first cartridge accommodation space. The connection bottom is connected to the connection side to form an included angle that can be a lead angle. The lead angle further includes a fillet angle or a chamfering angle. Accordingly, the nebulizer and the cartridge structure can efficiently reduce the residues of liquid medicament.

The magnetic reference layer has a first magnetization direction, perpendicular to the magnetic reference layer. The first magnetic multi-layer film, having non-magnetic material layer, is disposed in contact on the magnetic reference layer. The tunneling barrier layer is disposed in contact on the first magnetic multi-layer film. The second magnetic multi-layer film, having non-magnetic material layer, is disposed in contact on the tunneling barrier layer. The magnetic free layer is disposed in contact on the second magnetic multi-layer film, having a second magnetization direction capable of being switched to be parallel or anti-parallel to the first magnetization direction.

The casing has a first magnetic unit and a third magnetic unit respectively mounted in the cover and base. A second magnetic unit is slidably mounted between the first and third magnetic units. When the cover is closed, attraction between the first and third magnetic units holds the cover firmly against the base. When the second magnetic unit is slid between the first and third magnetic units, repulsion between the first and second magnetic units pushes the cover away from the base.

Abstract: In an aerosolization device, an oscillating aerosol generator is installed at a position proximate to an opening at the bottom of a liquid container for aerosolizing a supplied liquid in the container and a sensor is provided to detect an oscillating signal variation according to a condition whether or not the liquid in the container is in contact with the oscillating aerosol generator and the oscillating signal variation is sent to a controller for computation, so as to control whether to continue operating or stop operating the aerosol generator. If the aerosol generator is controlled to stop its operation, the controller will drive an alarm device to send out an alarm signal at the same time.

Abstract: A microdroplet generation apparatus comprises an oscillation plate, a connection plate, a nozzle disc and a bonding material, wherein the nozzle disc is interposed between the oscillation plate and connection plate, and wherein the oscillation plate, connection plate and nozzle disc are joined with the bonding material. The oscillation plate and the connection plate respectively have a first through-hole and a second through-hole corresponding to each other. The nozzle disc has injection holes on the area corresponding to the first and second through-holes. The nozzle disc has via-holes on the area not corresponding to the first through-hole and the second through-hole. The bonding material passes through the via-holes of the nozzle disc to join the oscillation plate and the connection plate and fasten the nozzle disc to between the oscillation plate and the connection plate. Thus, vibration energy can be effectively transmitted from the vibration plate to the nozzle disc.

Abstract: A droplet generation apparatus is applied to a nebulizer. The droplet generation apparatus comprises a vibratable member, a nozzle disc, a housing and a connection member or a fastening plate or both the connection member and the fastening plate. The vibratable member has a first through hole. The nozzle disc has a plurality of apertures facing the first through hole, and is combined with the vibratable member. The connection member is disposed between the vibratable member and the nozzle disc, and has a second through hole corresponding to the first through hole. Alternatively, the fastening plate is combined with the nozzle disc. The housing covers up the combination of the vibratable member, the nozzle disc and the connection member or the fastening plate. Vibration efficiency generated by the vibratable member is improved through the connection member. An accommodation space is formed by the fastening plate and the nozzle disc.

Abstract: A hinge has a pintle, a moving leaf, a resilient device and a stationary leaf. The pintle has a resilient device mount formed on a distal end and is mounted securely in the stationary leaf. The moving leaf is mounted rotatably around the pintle and has a barrel having a protruding limit formed on an outer end. Because the resilient device mount is formed on the pintle, it does not break easily and may slip to prevent terminal failure and be reset when closed. The protruding limit abuts the stationary leaf and ensures a gap is formed between the leaves for wires cabling or the like. Therefore the hinge has improved wear and longer lifespan.

Abstract: A magnetic memory device includes a substrate, a magnetic tunneling junction (MTJ) structure disposed on the substrate, and a capping layer disposed on the MTJ structure. By adding a capping layer on the MTJ structure, the property of the magnetic memory device is improved, the magnetoresistance (MR) ratio is raised, and the time cost by the magnetic memory device to process data is effectively reduced.
