Abstract: A method of dynamically configuring a multiplexer that can support more frequency bands than a traditional multiplexer is disclosed. For example, the reconfigurable multiplexer can handle frequencies of several hundred megahertz up to 10 gigahertz. Further, certain implementations of the method enable the multiplexer to reduce or eliminate frequency dead zones that exist with traditional multiplexers. The reconfigurable multiplexer includes a filter bank capable of supporting a number of frequency bands and a bypass circuit that enables the multiplexer to support a variety of sets of frequencies. For instance, unlike traditional multiplexers, the reconfigurable multiplexer can support both frequency bands with relatively narrow spacing and frequency bands with relatively wide spacing. Further, the inclusion of the bypass circuit enables the reduction or elimination of dead zones between supported frequencies.

Abstract: It relates to a Mortierella alpine ATCC32222 uracil auxotroph strain and a construction method thereof. In the present invention, Mortierella alpine ATCC32222 is used as a material and undergoes gene knockout through an Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated genetic manipulation technology, to obtain the Mortierella alpine uracil auxotroph. The method is of great significance for the basic theoretic researches of the oil producing fungus Mortierella alpine ATCC32222 and product development.

Abstract: It relates to a Mortierella alpina recombinant gene expression system, to its construction method and application which is constructed by transformation of M. alpina ATCC 32222 uracil auxotroph strain through A. tumefaciens mediate transformation (ATMT) and is based on the existing uracil auxotrophic strain, through genetic engineering methods to obtain a final phenotype complementary strain to achieve the malic enzyme 1 and malic enzyme 2 overexpression strains.
