The second epitaxial layer is disposed on the first epitaxial layer, in which an included angle between a surface of the second epitaxial layer and a horizontal direction is 15 degrees to 35 degrees. The cap layer is disposed on the second epitaxial layer.

Abstract: A server for handling interaction in a live streaming platform, comprising one or a plurality of processors, wherein the one or plurality of processors execute a machine-readable instruction to perform: receiving a character data corresponding to a character; feeding the character data into a machine learning model to generate a virtual chatbot in a live streaming room; setting the virtual chatbot in the live streaming room; wherein the virtual chatbot is configured to provide assistance to a livestreamer or viewers in the live streaming room. According to the present disclosure, the AI chatbot with a character may increase the interaction and fun in the live streaming room. Moreover, the monitoring and handling of the atmosphere in the live streaming may also be partially or entirely entrusted to the AI chatbot. Therefore, the user experience may be improved.

Abstract: During operation, an access point may provide a first WLAN and a second WLAN, where the first WLAN uses a WPA2-compatible authentication protocol and the second WLAN uses a WPA3-compatible authentication protocol. In response to an association request or a probe request associated with (or from) an electronic device, the access point may establish a connection with the electronic device using the first WLAN. Then, when a binding between a passphrase associated with the electronic device and the second WLAN does not exist, the access point may establish the binding in the computer system. Next, the access point may perform a BSS transition of the electronic device from the first WLAN to the second WLAN. Moreover, the access point may authenticate the electronic device without a time constraint.

Abstract: Described apparatuses and methods relate to self-refresh arbitration. In a memory system with multiple memory components, an arbiter is configured to manage the occurrence of self-refresh operations. In aspects, the arbiter can receive one or more self-refresh request signals from at least one memory controller for authorization to command one or more memory components to enter a self-refresh mode. Upon receiving the one or more self-refresh request signals, the arbiter, based on a predetermined configuration, can transmit one or more self-refresh enable signals to the at least one memory controller with authorization to command the one or more memory components to enter the self-refresh mode. The configuration can ensure that fewer than all memory components simultaneously enter the self-refresh mode. In so doing, memory components can perform self-refresh operations without exceeding an instantaneous power threshold. The arbiter can be included in, for instance, a Compute Express Link™ (CXL™) memory module.

The present disclosure may lower the barrier of participating in the event and encourage the interaction between livestreamers and viewers. Moreover, it may motivate the livestreamer to understand and participate in the event. Therefore, the user experience may be enhanced and the quality of the live streaming service may be improved.

Abstract: During operation, an access point may receive, from an electronic device, a roaming request, where the electronic device is currently associated with a second access point. In response, the access point may broadcast a message in a network, which includes the access point and the second access point. Note that the message may include an L2 look-up message. In some embodiments, the message is only conveyed to the second access point via a router or a switch in the network. Then, the access point may receive, from the second access point, PMK information, where the second access point is included in a subset in the network with the access point. Next, based at least in part on the PMK information, the access point may generate a PMK for use during secure communication with the electronic device and may perform a fast BSS transition with the electronic device.

Abstract: An image processing apparatus for evaluating cardiac images and a ventricular status identification method are provided. In the method, a region of interest (ROI) is determined from multiple target images, a variation in grayscale values of multiple pixels in the ROIs of each target image is determined, and one or more representative images are obtained according to the variation in the grayscale values. The target image is related to the pixels within an endocardial contour of a left ventricle. A boundary of the ROI is approximately located at two sides of a bottom of the endocardial contour. The ROI corresponds to a mitral valve. The variation in the grayscale values is related to a motion of the mitral valve. The representative image is for evaluating a status of the left ventricle.

The socket is assembled in a socket-accommodating recess of the fixing base body.
