    Abstract: This application provides a communication mode switching method and a related apparatus. The method may include: A first terminal device sends a first message to a second terminal device, where the first message is used to request to switch at least one service between the first terminal device and the second terminal device from a PC5 interface communication mode to a Uu interface communication mode; and after receiving the first message of the first terminal device, the second terminal device sends a second message to the first terminal device, to notify that some or all of the at least one service are allowed to be switched from the PC5 interface communication mode to the Uu communication mode. According to the method, switching of one or more services from the PC5 interface communication mode to the Uu interface communication mode can be completed through negotiation between terminal devices.

The full-digital rod position measurement device comprises an excitation power supply, an integrated interface board, and a universal signal processor. The universal signal processor processes output signals of detectors according to a preset numerical processing algorithm and outputs Gray code rod position signals. The full-digital rod position measurement device and method disclosed by the present disclosure may effectively reduce the complexity of the primary excitation circuit and the secondary measurement signal processing circuit of the detectors, and improve the operation reliability and measurement accuracy of the rod position processing equipment.

One example method includes receiving air interface link signal information of neighboring network devices by a source network device from a terminal device. The source network device determines a target network device based on sidelink information of the terminal device and the air interface link signal information of the neighboring network devices. Then, the source network device may send a handover request to the target network device, so that the terminal device can be handed over from the source network device to the target network device.
