Abstract: In a method for establishing a communication bearer, a first device sends, to a first network device, a first message including indication information of a communication bearer, and receives second bearer information that is of a second device in a pairing relationship with the first device and that is obtained by the first network device based on the indication information of the communication bearer, so that the first device can establish a direct forwarding link without the participation of a server, and a communication delay between the first device and the second device can be effectively reduced.

Abstract: A wireless communication method and a communication device. The method includes: a first management device receives a communication coverage request message from a second management device, where the communication coverage request message includes at least one of the following communication parameter information: communication coverage area information and communication service requirement information; the first management device determines at least one target access network based on the communication parameter information; and the first management device sends a first configuration message to the target access network, where the first configuration message is used to indicate the target access network to provide communication coverage. This can reduce a waste of energy and resources.

The service control entity can then determine at least one trajectory. The service control entity can then send the at least one trajectory, where the at least one trajectory is used to indicate a trajectory of the terminal.

Abstract: A full-digital control rod position measurement device and a method thereof. The full-digital rod position measurement device transforms the core process of rod position measurement that is normally processed by an analog circuit or analog-to-digital mixed circuit into a digital processing. The full-digital rod position measurement device comprises an excitation power supply, an integrated interface board, and a universal signal processor. The universal signal processor processes output signals of detectors according to a preset numerical processing algorithm and outputs Gray code rod position signals. The full-digital rod position measurement device and method disclosed by the present disclosure may effectively reduce the complexity of the primary excitation circuit and the secondary measurement signal processing circuit of the detectors, and improve the operation reliability and measurement accuracy of the rod position processing equipment.
