TNF?-induced SIRS model experiments proved that the compound can inhibit a RIPK1 kinase in vivo. Pharmacokinetic results showed that this series of compounds has excellent pharmacokinetic properties, thus providing a novel strategy and means for disease treatments targeting RIPK1.
