Abstract: A hygiene kit for young women for use during their menstrual period includes a carry bag that zips open to reveal an arrangement of pockets on opposite inner panels. The kit further includes a collection of supplies carried in the pockets, including tampons, feminine pads, soap, lotion, powder, feminine spray, pre-moistened wipes, a self-activated heating pad, a spare pair of pants, panties in a plastic bag, TYLENOL, candy or other snack and instructions explaining how to use each product.
