Abstract: The present application provides methods for sidelink communication, and terminal devices. A method comprises: a terminal device determines a first multi-consecutive slot transmission (MCSt) resource, the first MCSt resource occupying M consecutive slots in a time domain, M being a positive integer greater than 1, and the first MCSt resource satisfying one of the following in frequency domain: occupying one or more resource blocks or interleaved PRBs in a sidelink resource pool; occupying one or more resource block sets in the sidelink resource pool; and occupying one or more sub-channels in the sidelink resource pool.

Abstract: A channel transmission method and apparatus, a terminal, and a network device are provided. The method includes: if a first terminal determines, according to a result of a channel access procedure, that a channel is available, the first terminal selects a target candidate starting position from N candidate starting positions of a time domain unit to perform sidelink channel transmission. The candidate starting positions are used for representing positions of a starting time domain symbol of the sidelink channel transmission in the time domain unit, N is an integer greater than 1, and the target candidate starting position is a first candidate starting position after a moment when the first terminal determines, according to the result of the channel access process, that the channel is available.

Abstract: Provided is a method for resource reselection. The method is applicable to a terminal device, and includes reselecting a target resource in a case that the target resource meets a first condition; wherein the target resource corresponds to N consecutive time units in a time domain, N being an integer greater than 1; and the first condition includes at least one of: the target resource being not within a first resource set, wherein the first resource set is determined based on first sidelink control information; a resource corresponding to the target resource being overlapped with a resource determined based on first sidelink control information and meeting a reference signal received power (RSRP) threshold condition; or a priority indicated in first sidelink control information being higher than at least one of a priority of data transmission or a priority threshold.

The method includes: performing charge and discharge operations on battery cells in an energy storage system, and determining a first battery cell that first reaches a discharge cut-off voltage during the discharge operation, and a second battery cell that first reaches a charge cut-off voltage during the charge operation; and performing a balancing process on the battery cells in the energy storage system in a case that the first battery cell is different from the second battery cell. This application can fully utilize the state of charge of a lowest-capacity battery cell and a total capacity of the energy storage system.
