The second circuitry activates the first circuitry on condition that a temperature detection value that is a value of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor does not exceed the first threshold. The second circuitry deactivates the first circuitry after activation of the first circuitry on condition that the temperature detection value exceeds the second threshold.
