  • Patent number: 9114956
Abstract: An elevator modification work apparatus for disposing a coupling shaft mounting aperture on an end surface of a motor shaft includes a positioning member on which a recess portion is disposed into which the motor shaft is fitted. Displacement of the positioning member relative to the motor shaft in a direction that is perpendicular to the axis of the motor shaft is restricted by fitting the end portion of the motor shaft into the recess portion. A motor shaft positioning aperture that passes through the positioning member in a direction that intersects a bottom surface of the recess portion is disposed on the recess portion. A position at which to dispose the coupling shaft mounting aperture on the end surface of the motor shaft is specified by a position of the motor shaft positioning aperture when the end portion of the motor shaft is fitted into the recess portion.

  • Patent number: 9090435
Abstract: A coupling shaft includes: a boss portion; and a rotation detector mounting shaft portion that protrudes outward from the boss portion away from the motor shaft. An inner circumferential surface of a penetrating aperture disposed on a mounting member is an inclined pressing surface that is inclined relative to a shaft axis of the motor shaft such that an inside diameter of the penetrating aperture increases continuously toward the motor shaft. An inclined bearing surface that is inclined relative to a shaft axis of the coupling shaft is disposed on the boss portion so as to be formed into an annular shape around the shaft axis of the coupling shaft, and such that an outside diameter of the boss portion increases continuously toward the motor shaft. The inclined pressing surface is able to contact the inclined bearing surface by the mounting member being displaced toward the motor shaft.

  • Patent number: 8763763
Abstract: In an elevator apparatus, a speed governor is disposed in an upper portion of a hoistway, and a tensioning sheave is disposed in a lower portion of the hoistway. A speed governor rope that is moved in response to movement of a car is wound around a speed governor sheave of the speed governor and the tensioning sheave. The tensioning sheave is rotated in response to movement of the speed governor rope. A rotation detector that generates a signal that corresponds to rotation of the tensioning sheave is disposed on the tensioning sheave. Information from the rotation detector is sent to a controlling apparatus. The controlling apparatus detects a position of the car based on the information from the rotation detector.
