    Abstract: A rocker assembly of a strapping machine has a rocker having a seat, a positioning panel mounted on the seat and being able to swing, and two teeth panels slidably mounted on the positioning panel. When a fixed end and a tightening end of a wrapping strap are mounted between the rocker assembly and a tensioning wheel, the teeth panels slide and the positioning panel swings to adjust engaging surfaces and engaging forces between the teeth panels and the wrapping strap according to thickness of the wrapping strap. Thus the wrapping strap is able to securely wrap around the goods and is not scratched.

The contacting head has a set of contact pins corresponding to that of the test chip. The magnetic unit is configured to draw the contacting head of the pin cord and the test chip together in such a way that the contact pins of the contacting head are in contact with that of the test chip once the contacting head approaches the test chip.

    Abstract: A collision detecting method, an electronic device, and a computer program product thereof are provided for the electronic device having an accelerometer, a positioning module, and a communication module. The method includes obtaining a plurality of acceleration variations within each of a plurality of sampling intervals respectively detected by the accelerometer. The method also includes transforming the corresponding acceleration variations into a plurality of frequency domain signals for each sampling interval, and calculating energy and entropy of the frequency domain signals. The method further includes determining a collision has occurred if the energy and the entropy corresponding to each of a plurality of specific sampling intervals among the sampling intervals both drastically increase then drastically decrease suddenly.

The image format comprises a start of image (SOI) marker, a start of scan (SOS) marker and a primary compressed data. First, the invention generates redundant data according to a first start address of the SOI marker, a data size between the SOI marker and the SOS marker, and a second start address of the primary compressed data. Afterward, the redundant data is selectively padded into the image bit stream between the SOI marker and the SOS marker. Accordingly, the required time for transmitting image data to a storage medium will be reduced, and the transmission performance will be improved apparently by utilizing the method.

The sensor unit is used to detect swinging state of the column. The joystick is mounted on the column, and is movable relative to the column between first and second positions. Thus, the joystick can be accommodated in the receiving space to avoid inadvertent actuation so as to enhance the convenience of carrying the electronic equipment.

First, a first movement of an object on or near a touch-sensitive display unit is detected, and in response to the first movement, data displayed in the touch-sensitive display unit is moved in a first direction. Then, a second movement of the object on or near the touch-sensitive display unit is detected, and in response to the second movement, an area beyond the edge of the data is displayed in the touch-sensitive display unit. In response to detecting that the second movement of the object is no longer on or near the touch-sensitive display unit, the data is moved in a second direction until the area beyond the edge of the data is no longer displayed in the touch-sensitive display unit.
