Abstract: A test system and a test method adapted for a remote control device are disclosed. The remote control device is electrically connected to gas supply equipment. The gas supply equipment stores gas and is connected to a gas actuating device. A gas detector is near to the gas actuating device. The method includes: providing a test interface, acquiring a gas detector on the test interface and generating a trigger signal to start testing the gas detector; remotely controlling the gas supply equipment to generate high pressure; and controlling the gas actuating device to spew out gas. The method further includes: comparing the concentration of the gas with a stored reference concentration to determine whether or not the gas detector works properly and generating a result.

Abstract: A locating system includes a plurality of pressure sensors, a storage unit, and an analysis unit. The pressure sensors are located at different locations under a floor of a room to sense pressures. Each pressure sensor has a sensor identification (ID). The storage unit stores a location of each pressure sensor to correspond to the sensor ID of each pressure sensor. When a pressure sensor senses a pressure from a user, the analysis unit determines where the user is located in the room according to the location stored in the storage unit corresponding to the sensor ID of the pressure sensor.

Abstract: A mobile terminal includes a wireless communicating module communicating with a monitoring central server storing video images of surrounding area of a plurality of monitoring terminals and identification information identifying the monitoring terminals through a wireless network, a request module generating a request instruction of monitoring one of the monitoring terminals and transmit the monitoring request instruction to the monitoring central server, a first display area, a second display area including a number of display areas, a display module receiving configured to display the video images, an identifying module configured to identify the video images displayed on the first display area and selected by the user, and a plurality of projection modules configured to project the video images transmitted from the first display area to one of the display areas in response to an operation on a projection medium. A mobile command system is also provided.

Abstract: A touch display panel module includes a display panel module, a touch panel module, and a combining unit. The display panel module is for displaying images, and the display panel module has a first side, a second side opposite to the first side and a plurality of lateral sides between the first side and the second side. The touch panel module is disposed on the first side of the display panel module for sensing touch input. The combining unit includes an anti-permeation tape and an optical adhesive layer. The anti-permeation tape continuously covers on at least one of edges around the first side of the display panel module. The optical adhesive layer is formed between the display panel module and the touch panel module for combining the display panel module and the touch panel module.

Abstract: A fire extinguisher includes an accommodating unit, a catalytic unit, and an output unit. The accommodating unit holds carbonated water. The catalytic unit includes catalyst for accelerating decomposition of the carbonated water into carbon dioxide and water. The output unit includes water mist nozzles. The water mist nozzles spew gas and water from the accommodating unit in a mist form, providing a manner of absorbing heat from the fire as the water mist is turned into steam, to suppress the fire. The fire extinguisher can be thrown into the fire from a distance, reducing burn-injury risk to personnel.

Abstract: A display system is provided. The display system includes a display device displaying images and a head-mounted display apparatus. The display device includes an invisible light emitting unit producing invisible lights corresponding to the images. The head-mounted display apparatus includes a visible light filtering unit and a light wavelength transforming unit. The visible light filtering unit receives lights corresponding to the display device and removes visible lights from the receiving lights, wherein the visible lights are ambient lights between the display device and the head-mounted display apparatus. The light wavelength transforming unit receives the receiving lights from the visible light filtering unit and transforms the wavelength of the receiving lights such that the receiving lights become visible lights. The disclosure further provides a head-mounted display apparatus for the display system.

Abstract: Information in a screen of another display device such as a television or a computer monitor can be captured by a display device including a transparent display, a camera unit, an input unit, and a control unit. The transparent display allows a user to view the screen through the transparent display. The camera unit produces screen images corresponding to the screen. The input unit produces selection parameters in response to a selection operation corresponding to a virtual image of the screen seen through the transparent display. The control unit determines objective(s) in the screen according to the screen images and the selection parameters. The control unit may transmit the objective data corresponding to the objective(s) to the transparent display, thereby enabling the transparent display to display objective-related information corresponding to the objective according to objective data.

Abstract: An electronic decoration system is provided, including a third-party server cloud and display devices with a display disposed in a structure. The third-party server cloud includes an input unit, a conversion unit, a subscription unit, and an output unit. The conversion unit produces theme data according to input data received by the input unit. The subscription unit stores subscription information including a theme category name and subscriber identifications. When a category of the theme data corresponds to the theme category name and an identification of the display device corresponds to one of the subscriber identifications, the subscription unit enables the output unit to transmit the theme data to the display device, thereby enabling the display to display scenes according to the theme data. The disclosure further provides a server for the electronic decoration system and an electronic decoration method.

The test apparatus includes a housing, a baffle, an elastic device, a gas discharger, and a gas sensor. The housing defines an inner space communicating with an opening. The elastic device pushes the baffle disposed in the inner space toward the opening, thereby sealing the opening. The baffle can be moved against the opening to form an interval between the baffle and the opening. The gas sensor produces a gas parameter signal according to a gas detected in the inner space. The control apparatus controls the gas discharger of the test apparatus to discharge gas according to a control signal, and displays the information of the gas according to the gas parameter signal. The disclosure further provides a gas detector test apparatus.

Abstract: A display device for a structure is provided. The display device includes a display unit, an input unit, and a control unit. The display unit for displaying scenes is disposed in an opening or a surface of the structure, for example, a window, a door, or a wall. The control unit determines a circumstance according to input parameters received by the input unit, and changes the scenes to correspond to the circumstance. The control unit can change the scenes by modifying a color value of pixel data corresponding to pixels of each of the scenes according to values of the input parameters, or by selecting another scene according to the values of the input parameters.

The information appliance device is connected to a display device, wherein the information appliance device transforms the first multimedia signal into a second multimedia signal capable of displaying through the display device.
