The frame is assembled to the back plate to form an accommodation space. The display panel, is disposed in the accommodation space and situated on top of the back plate. The flexible printed circuit board is stuck to and electrically connected to the display panel. The tape includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion of the tape is disposed opposite the flexible printed circuit board on the display panel. The second portion of the tape is disposed between an edge of the display panel and a side wall of the frame. Therefore, light is prevented from being leaked from the display panel and the flexible printed circuit board is protected against being scratched in the present invention.
