    Abstract: The present invention discloses a backplane, a back light module, and a method of locking a backplane stiffener. The backplane includes a backplane surface and a stiffener fixed on the backplane surface, and the stiffener is locked by the fastener which is integrated with said backplane surface and is formed on said backplane surface. In the present invention, because the stiffener is locked on the backplane by the fastener formed on the backplane surface, and the fastener is integrated with the backplane, the fastener is tightly fixed on the backplane and is difficult to loosen. Then, the stiffener locked by the fastener is tightly locked on the backplane, preventing the phenomenon that the stiffening function of the stiffener is weakened because of the clearance produced between the stiffener and the backplane; and the stiffening function of the stiffener to the backplane is guaranteed. Thus, the structure of the whole backplane tends to be more reliable, and the backplane tends to be thinner.

    Abstract: A backlight module and a liquid crystal display device using the same are provided, the backlight module comprises a light guide plate and at least one light emitting source disposed by a side of the light guide plate, and the light emitting source is disposed by a side of a corner of the light guide plate. The backlight module further comprises at least one reflecting plate disposed by an outer side of the light guide plate. Each of the reflecting plates corresponds to one of the light emitting sources, and is inclinedly disposed by the side of the light guide plate as well as by an outer side of the light emitting source. The present invention can effectively solve a problem of unevenly distributed brightness, and can tackle an obstacle for manufacturing larger sized liquid crystal display devices.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight module and a housing unit structure thereof. The backlight module includes a back plate having a first edge, a second edge, a third edge and a fourth edge. The edges of the back plate are provided with a housing including a plurality of housing unit structures. The housing unit structures have a strip shape or an L-shape, respectively, and are disposed on the back plate by connecting or spacing a distance to each others to assemble into a housing. The backlight module uses an adjustable modular design to adjust the number of the housing unit structures for being suitably applied to various backlight modules with different sizes. Except for reducing the use of material, the development cost and time of the backlight module can be saved.
