  • Patent number: 11947281
Abstract: A method for filling toner into a toner cartridge includes the steps of (a) taking a container, which accommodates the toner therein and has opposite first and second ends, and then forming a toner outlet at the first end, (b) sleeving the toner cartridge, which is provided at an end thereof with an opening, onto the container from the first end to the second end via the opening, (c) forming an air permeable hole at the second end, (d) withdrawing the container from the toner cartridge to enable the toner to leave the container via the toner outlet and stay inside the toner cartridge, and (e) sealing the opening of the toner cartridge by a cover. The method is simple and convenient to operate. With the method, the toner can be effectively filled without leakage and with reduced amount of residual toner.

  • Patent number: 8067877
Abstract: An anti-EMI ultrasonic transducer has a conductive casing, a piezoelectric ceramic board having an opening, a conductive shelter, a first and second wires and an encapsulation. A first electrode face of the piezoelectric ceramic board faces to the opening and a second electrode face is mounted inside the conductive casing. The conductive shelter is mounted inside the conductive casing or covered to the opening, so the piezoelectric ceramic board is encapsulated in the conductive shelter and the conductive casing. Since the second signal wire is connected to the conductive shelter mounted inside the conductive casing, the conductive shelter and the conductive casing and the second electrode face of the piezoelectric ceramic board are commonly electronically connected to a voltage signal transmitted by the second signal wire. Therefore, the conductive shelter and the conductive casing are constituted to an EMI shelter for the piezoelectric ceramic board to resist external EMI signal.

  • Patent number: 8032285
Abstract: A device with a memory function for detecting closure of vehicle doors and the method thereof is disclosed. Before a vehicle door is open, a detecting signal near the outer side of the door is emitted and its detection status is recorded. When the vehicle door is to be closed, a first detecting signal is emitted from the door frame top downwards and a second detecting signal is emitted near the outer side of the door. If the first detecting signal indicates that a person is at the door or the second detecting signal indicates that a person exists on the outer side of the door by comparison with a precious record, then the door is prohibited from being closed. Otherwise, the door can be closed. This automatic detection method can prevent the driver from accidentally hurt passengers by carelessly closing the doors.

  • Patent number: 7948366
Abstract: A car speed alarm system is installed in a vehicle and has a modulation module and a demodulation module. The modulation module sends a car speed signal to cars behind when the car is decelerating. The cars behind use their demodulation module to read the transmitted car speed signal and notify their drivers, so that the drivers know how and when to reduce their speeds.

  • Patent number: 7825785
Abstract: A vehicle backup detector that indicates a distance from an obstruction comprises multiple ultrasonic transducers, a central processing unit, memory, a video camera, a graphics superimposing module and a display device. The ultrasonic transducers emit and receive ultrasonic waves. The central processing unit defines multiple sensing coordinates in a sensing area in which ultrasonic waves are transmitted and calculates a position of the obstruction. The memory is divided into multiple storing fields corresponding to the sensing coordinates to store obstruction data based on the position of the obstruction. A video camera records images behind the vehicle. A graphics superimposing module superimposes graphical images representing ultrasonic waves on the images recorded by the video camera based on the storing fields where no obstruction data are stored. The display device displays images behind the vehicle with the ultrasonic wave images.

  • Patent number: 7728719
Abstract: A parking sensor apparatus has a microprocessor and multiple ultrasonic sensors. The microprocessor uses a time division transmitting method to control only one ultrasonic sensor to output an ultrasonic detecting signal. In addition, after one ultrasonic detecting signal is output, all ultrasonic sensor are controlled to be in receiving status. Therefore, the microprocessor receives the reflected detecting signals from the ultrasonic sensors and obtains preset distances defined between adjacent ultrasonic sensors to calculate the shortest distance between the vehicle and the obstacle. Further, since only one ultrasonic sensor outputs the ultrasonic detecting signal at a time point, the microprocessor clearly determines that the reflected detecting signal is corresponding to the present ultrasonic sensor, that is controlled to output the ultrasonic detecting signal.

  • Publication number: 20100049405
Abstract: An auxiliary video warning device for vehicles has multiple video extracting elements for extracting video images around a vehicle. Using a video switch unit, selected video signals are sent to a vehicle display to enlarge the driver's view. A video identifying unit analyzes images outside the vehicle from a certain perspective, determining whether there is any moving object and whether its distance is changing. The result is used to automatically set off an alarm to notify the driver. During the motion of the vehicle, if any vehicle in a neighboring lane changes lanes or crosses lines illegally, an alarm is sent to the driver for better safety.

  • Patent number: 7567168
Abstract: A car reversal radar automatically modifies the sensor scanning range and the method of the same. The car reversal radar includes a central processing unit that has predetermined compensation value and threshold distance. When the car reversal radar starts, its surrounding environment is recorded into an initial detecting value. The initial detecting value is compared with a subsequent detecting value recorded for the environment when the car is being backed. When the subsequent detecting value is greater than the sum of the initial detecting value and the compensation value, the distance between an obstacle and the ultrasonic sensor of the car is compared with the threshold distance. If the former is greater than the latter, the compensation value is increased. Therefore, the obstacle has to even closer to the ultrasonic sensor to reduce the sensitivity of the ultrasonic sensors at the tail and to prevent incorrect actions.

  • Patent number: 7557692
Abstract: A parking sensor apparatus has at least two ultrasonic sensors, and a method to decrease erroneous determinations of the parking sensor apparatus has a first detecting process and a second alternate process. In first detecting process, the two ultrasonic sensors are controlled to transmit and receive ultrasonic detecting signals. If a reflected ultrasonic signal is detected and an obstacle is determined to be existed according to the ultrasonic signal, the two ultrasonic sensors are controlled alternately in second alternate detecting process to further determine whether the obstacle is real or not. That is, the method and the parking sensor apparatus only requires two detecting cycles to determine the real obstacle, so the method and parking sensor apparatus have fast response whether any obstacle is close to the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20090069973
Abstract: A warning method for deviation of a moving vehicle and the device of the same uses a video camera to continuously capture road images behind the vehicle and generates a video signal. A graphics processor analyzes a static background of the road based on the video signal, analyzes whether the vehicle deviates from its original path, and decides whether any moving object approaches the vehicle. In any abnormal circumstance, the graphics processor outputs a signal to a microprocessor. The microprocessor then drives an alarm to set off a warning signal to notify the driver.

  • Publication number: 20080224859
Abstract: A door lock control system integrated with sensing and audio/image identification functions includes three identification means. First, an RFID card reader obtains the identification code of a user's RFID card to perform a first identification check. After the first check is passed, the user is asked to make a voice to be compared with a pre-stored voice for a second identification check. After the second check is passed, an image of the user is taken to be compared with a pre-stored image for a third check. After all the three checks are passed, an electronic door lock is opened.

  • Patent number: 7408448
Abstract: A parking sensor apparatus and method to keep air brakes from interfering with the parking sensor apparatus allow the parking sensor apparatus to be used with vehicles that have air brakes. The ultrasonic components of air brake noise is detected, and the alarm is bypassed when air brake noise exists. This technique reduces false alarms on vehicles with air brakes and allows the parking sensor apparatus to be used on the vehicle.
