    Abstract: A handle device includes an inner handle having an outer periphery with two parallel, helical grooves each having first and second end sections at two ends of the outer periphery. The second end sections of the helical grooves meet with each other at a recessed connecting section including a projecting portion on an end of the outer periphery and having a receiving compartment in communication with the second end sections of the helical grooves. A heating wire extends through two through-holes in a wire seat formed on the other end of the outer periphery. The heating wire includes two wire sections respectively received in the helical grooves. The wire sections are interconnected to each other at a bend that is received in the receiving compartment. An outer handle is integrally formed around the outer periphery of the inner handle as a single monolithic piece.

    Abstract: An illuminating device for a vehicle includes a light device, a motor, and a rotational device. The light device includes a light housing having a bottom portion with a through-hole defined by a peripheral edge. A support plate extends from the peripheral edge of the through-hole and made of a material different from that of the light housing. The support plate and the light housing are integrally formed, thereby providing a reinforced support structure when the rotational device is mounted to the peripheral edge of the through-hole. The rotational device is coupled with the motor, and the motor drives the light housing to turn when the rotational device is fixed to a vehicle.

Each spring-attaching member moves along a longitudinal direction of an associated through-hole when an associated adjusting screw is turned, thereby adjusting tightness of an associated spring.

The base includes an inner reflective surface that has a protrusion formed on a central portion thereof. The protrusion is covered with a reflective material. A circuit ring is mounted to the open side of the base. A plurality of spaced light-emitting diodes are mounted on the circuit ring. A light beam emitted by each light-emitting diode is incident on the protrusion to provide a convergent effect. The light beams are then reflected by the protrusion and the inner reflective surface to provide a large illumination area.
