    Abstract: A portable inflation device of the present application includes an inflation pump body, an upper casing, a middle casing, a lower casing, a resilient component, and a resilient ventilation plug. The upper casing and the middle casing respectively seal two ends of the inflation pump body, and an air chamber is defined thereamong. An accommodating chamber is defined between the middle casing and the lower casing disposed outside the air chamber. An intake hole, a first ventilation hole and an exhaustion hole are respectively formed on the upper casing, the middle casing and the lower casing. The resilient ventilation plug disposed inside the accommodating chamber includes a perforated foam positioned between the first ventilation hole and the exhaustion hole and an sealing layer covering a surface of the perforated foam facing towards the first ventilation hole. The inflation device is small in volume, collapsible, portable, and easy to operate.

    Abstract: An air bag assembly includes an air bag having a first hole, a suction pump, a rotary cover and a first check valve. A pump body of the suction pump is deformable and provided with a second air hole. The rotary cover includes an air outlet communicating with the second air hole. A convex part and a concave part of the rotary cover are configured to engage with a concave portion and a convex portion of the pump body, respectively. The first check valve allows air to enter into the interior of the pump body from the interior of the air bag through the first air hole. The air bag can be pumped by rotating the rotary cover. The air bag assembly has advantages of simple operation, small volume and low requirement on operating space, and capable of being assembled on other objects, which is convenient to use and carry.

    Abstract: Disclosed a method for fast molding a flexible plastic on a fabric and a product thereof. A fabric on which molding is to be applied is provided with a bottom paper that is temporarily and adhesively attached to a bottom surface of the fabric. The fabric and the bottom paper are collectively punched to form material feeding holes corresponding to mold cavities and are then collectively clamped in a mold that includes at least two mold blocks for injection molding. The first mold block includes multiple dot-like mold cavities formed thereon and arranged in a predetermined pattern. The second mold block includes channel-like cavities thereon for a plastic material to flow therethrough. Injection is conducted to mold the flexible plastic such that the plastic is forced, under impact by high temperature and high pressure, into a surface of the fabric and thus molded thereon.

The communicating channel is installed between the first air bag and the second air bag for communicating the first air bag and the second air bag. The buffering component is installed in the communicating channel. When the impact absorbing structure is forced by a force to compress the first air bag, an air inside the first air bag is driven to flow into the second air bag through the communicating channel, and the buffering component reduces a flowing rate of the air, which provides an enhanced buffering effect for absorbing an impact of the force.

The inflation valve can be connected to an air bladder, whereby through pressing the inflation valve, the air bladder can be inflated.

    Abstract: A structure of a fastener is used in an article, such as a garment, a bag, and a shoe and includes a fastener. The fastener has a surface in which at least one hollow portion is formed. The hollow portion has a corner in which a narrow slot that is in communication with the hollow portion is formed. A string is received through the hollow portion and is, after subjected to length adjustment, pressed into the narrow slot so that narrow slot securely clamps the string. As such, the drawbacks and shortcomings of a conventionally used string buckle, such as structural instability, including slipping, vibrating, skewing, and loosening, being difficult to assemble, and having a high manufacturing cost, can be overcome. The fastener may additionally function as a rivet to be mounted to an article, such as a garment, a bag, and a shoe.

The tubes of one sheet member and the tubes of the other sheet member are alternately fit to each other in an opposing manner to form the air cushion pad. When an external impact force is applied in a top down manner, the air cushion pad absorbs the impact force and undergoes sideways deformation so as to convert the impact force into a transverse to thereby realize shock absorption and eliminate damage caused by downward action of the impact force to provide the function of protection.

The vertical wall forms an extension and retention section, and the strap extends through and is retained by the extension and retention section. The strap further extends through the slot of the side wall of the cap to have end extension sections of the strap projecting outside the cap. The tips of the end extension sections of the strap are processed to form a closed terminal. The strap can be selectively retracted back into the receiving space inside the cap.
