Abstract: The cushion pad according to the present invention contains a ciliated member and a base member, both made of a flexible plastic material and having a same planar shape. The ciliated member has a large number of hollow protrusions on a front side. The base member is attached to a back side of the ciliated member by high-frequency fusing their circumferences together to form a rim belt with two openings. A pressure release valve is plugged in one opening, and a one-way valve and a pumping device is plugged in the other opening. When air is pumped into a closed space among the ciliated member, the base member, and the rim belt by the pumping device, the cushion pad could offer significantly superior shock absorption.

Abstract: A fastener structure with a fine pattern on a surface thereof, wherein a mold core is formed with a mold cavity having a fastener member shape, and a layer of adhesive paper is adhered to an area of the mold cavity desired to be fashioned with a decorative design, then laser engraving machining technology is used to engrave out a specific pattern on the mold cavity. Adhesive paper out of the pattern is removed, and mold texturing (electro-discharge machining) is implemented. Finally, the residual adhesive paper is torn away to reveal a non-textured fine pattern in the mold cavity, and plastic ejection molding is implemented to manufacture a fastener member having a fine pattern, thereby increasing aesthetic appeal of the fastener member.

Abstract: An improved button structure which includes a pillar element and a zinc casting body. The pillar element is provided with a hollow cylinder at the bottom and an expanding disk, which is provided with pluralities of through holes, on the top. The zinc casting body is provided with a smooth plane at the upper surface, and pluralities of engaging posts, which have positioning portions, at the bottom surface. The through holes of the pillar element are mounted on the engaging posts of the zinc casting body, such that the pillar element can be positioned at the positioning portions of the engaging posts and further mortised to lock to the top end of the engaging posts which extrude out of the disk to form blunt heads to accomplish a firm combination, thereby enhancing the benefit in production.

Abstract: A buckle assembly having a male buckle member and a female buckle member. The male buckle member contains an engaging means for engagement with the female portion and a male strap receiving means for coupling to a first strap. The female buckle member contains a receiving volume for engaging with the male buckle section and a female strap receiving means positioned on the bottom or top of the receiving volume and substantially along its open engaging end so that when the male and female buckle members are engaged and locked the female strap receiving means substantially abuts an interface section of the male buckle member causing the first and second strap to be in close proximity.

Abstract: A combination of large and small covers for a water bag is provided on a water bag, composing a base, a cover of large diameter coupled to the base, and a cover of small diameter mounted onto the cover of large diameter. The base has a vertical wall, which is vertically provided with an extension rim around the periphery of the bottom, the vertical wall of the base is provided with exterior threads. In the center of the cover of large diameter is provided with a hole with interior threads for coupling with the exterior threads of the base, whereas the cover of small diameter is provided with exterior threads at its periphery and a switch piece on the top. Thereby both of the covers of small diameter and large diameter can be easily rotated to open and close for various utilities.

Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing infiltrating water-proof material for zippers comprising a lower mold and an upper mold, wherein the lower mold is positioned with a positioning recession and a groove, the upper mold is provided with a mold cave on a top thereof and a scraper portion on a bottom edge thereof and adhering to a bottom surface of the positioning recession, whereby the upper mold is assembled to the lower mold into a unitary member in which the upper mold is fitted in the positioning recession, a liquid PU rubber which has been treated with thickening step is poured into the mold cave of the upper mold, and then a zipper tap is moved by transferring rollers to the positioning recession to provide a water-proof film therefor.

Abstract: A method of assembling a plastic locking device with a surface material, wherein a side-open female button, riveting elements and a surface material are assembled, which includes the steps of: providing through holes on peripheries of the female button, and providing a protruded locking slot on a plate body of the female button; providing holes on the surface material; overlapping the through holes of the female button on the holes of the surface material; transfixing the riveting elements into the through holes of the female button and the holes of the surface material; and using a punch pin to pressurize and rivet for riveting and connecting the female button with the surface material thereby firmly assembling the female button to the surface material.

Abstract: A cover structure for a water bag inlet comprises: a base, a locking for mounting at the outer periphery of the base, and a cover for mounting on the base. An extension and a locking rim are respectively provided at two ends of the base. A groove is formed at the periphery of the base and is provided with locking blocks at an appropriate position. The locking ring is provided with locking sockets for combining with the locking blocks, and an opening at a pre-determined position of the inner rim of the locking ring, while a fastener is provided at respective ends and can be mounted with a cap, which has a switch at one end surface. Accordingly, the cover can be firmly combined with the base or freely detached to alter its assembly.
