Abstract: A valve support for use with a valve in a combustion driven fastener hand tool, the valve being formed by a flexible disc affixed to a central shaft having a circumferential edge resting against an anular valve seat affixed to a wall of a combustion chamber with the valve in a closed position is disclosed. The valve support comprises a plate affixed to the central shaft and against the flexible disc, the plate having one or more ports therethrough. In a closed position, the flexible disc has a circumferential edge resting against an anular valve seat affixed to a wall of a combustion chamber but also a central portion of the flexible disc is proximate or contacting a central portion of the support plate on the same side of the disc as the annular valve seat. Various port configuration are possible.

Abstract: A combustion driven fastener hand tool is disclosed having a piston driven by combustion within a chamber, the piston affixed to a driver for forcing a fastener. The piston forms a retention chamber having a lower internal pressure (“vacuum”) than that of the surrounding combustion chamber when the piston is disposed in the starting position for operation of the device. The lower internal pressure of the retention chamber (generated from a previous combustion cycle) momentarily holds the piston in place such that combustion behind the piston must first increase sufficiently to overcome holding force of the retention chamber before the piston moves. Requiring build up of combustion chamber pressure before piston motion greatly improves efficiency and power of the device. Use of the vacuum retention chamber is readily tunable with proper sizing of the chamber.

Abstract: A combustion driven fastener hand tool is disclosed having an extruded front body component including two to three parallel bores. A first bore forms a cylinder for the piston which drives the fastener. A second bore forms a primary combustion chamber in which a fuel and air mixture is ignited and directed into the adjacent piston cylinder. A third bore (or alternately an attached component) forms a pathway for the fuel and air mixture to be directed into the primary combustion chamber. The combustion driven fastener hand tool includes numerous other features affording improvements over the prior art.

Abstract: A probe assembly includes probe heads, a first connector, and groups of second connectors. Each probe head includes a first connection portion defining two first holes, and a data cable connected to an oscilligraph. The first connector includes a fixing portion and groups of rods fixed to the fixing portion. Each group of rods includes two rods. First ends of each group of rods are detachably inserted into the first holes to electrically connect the corresponding data cable. Each group of second connectors includes a second connection portion defines two second holes, and a connection cable. Second ends of the group of rods are detachably inserted into the second holes to connect the connection cable.

Abstract: A connection unit for connecting additional electronic components to an electronic device includes a base board and at least one connection module. The base board is electrically connected to the electronic device. The at least one connection module is detachably assembled on and electrically connected to the base board. The additional electronic components are detachably assembled on the connection module and may be electrically connected to each other and (through the connection module and the base board) to the electronic device.

Abstract: An optoelectronic device such as a light-emitting diode chip is disclosed. It includes a substrate, a multi-layer epitaxial structure, a first metal electrode layer, a second metal electrode layer, a first bonding pad and a second bonding pad. The multi-layer epitaxial structure on the transparent substrate comprises a semiconductor layer of a first conductive type, an active layer, and a semiconductor layer of a second conductive type. The first bonding pad and the second bonding pad are on the same level. Furthermore, the first metal electrode layer can be patterned so the current is spread to the light-emitting diode chip uniformly.

Abstract: The present invention provides a wireless AP with a heater control system. The wireless AP comprises a cold reset device, which is activated to warm up the wireless AP when the temperature around the wireless AP is under a very low temperature. Therefore, the wireless AP of the present invention can be setup in outdoor under very cold temperature. The heater control system comprises a power supply for providing voltage, a thermal sensor connected to the power supply, and a voltage comparator connected with said thermal sensor to compare the signal detected by said thermal sensor, and a cold reset is connected to said voltage comparator, wherein said cold reset will be power on based on the comparing result of said voltage comparator.

Abstract: The present invention presents a wireless communication device comprises: a CPU for dealing with the process of the wireless communication device, an RF switch coupled to the CPU for wireless application, at least one wireless transceiver coupled to the RF switch for transmitting and receiving wireless signals, a GPIO (General Purpose Input Output) coupled to the CPU for a variety of connections, and a PCB (printed circuit board) trace connected to the wireless transceiver for providing a function as the 2nd harmonics filter. And the CPU stated above could detect the signal quality of RF signals from the RF transceiver. The indicating element comprises a plurality of LEDs coupled to the GPIO for presenting the signal quality of RF signals detected via CPU. Otherwise, a user interface coupled to the CPU for user control of the wireless communication device. And the device further comprises a housing having the capability of water-proof and wind-resistant.
