Abstract: A yoga block includes two opposite side surfaces, and a convex cambered surface, a plane surface. The yoga block allows users to achieve or maintain certain poses, stretches, exercises or therapeutic positions. Because of the bow-shaped cross-section, the center of gravity of the yoga block is lower than the center of gravity of the conventional rectangular or brick shaped yoga block. Therefore, the yoga block is more stable during operation when being located on the ground. Any risk of injury is reduced or eliminated due to the yoga block is toppled over during operation.

Abstract: A multifunctional yoga stretch strap is configured with a combination structure at a back end of the yoga stretch strap. The back end and a front end of the strap body are used to surround a rolled-up yoga mat after yoga practice. The combination structure binds and fixed the back end of the strap body on the yoga mat. Therefore, the yoga stretch strap may become a suspender for the yoga mat without changing the original form of the yoga stretch strap, along with convenience and attractive appearance.
