  • Patent number: 10669112
Abstract: To control a winding drive current of a motor based on a command phase representing a target phase of a rotor of the motor, a motor control apparatus includes a filter circuit, a phase determiner, and a controller. A current value of the drive current flowing through the winding is obtained at a predetermined period. The filter circuit reduces a harmonic component in a fundamental frequency of the drive current included in a signal indicated by the obtained current value. The phase determiner determines a rotation phase of the rotor based on a filter processed signal. The controller controls the winding drive current to reduce a deviation between the command phase and the determined rotation phase. The filter circuit reduces a harmonic component from a signal indicated by current values of which a number is not greater than a number of the current values obtained at the predetermined period.

  • Patent number: 10666173
Abstract: A motor control device includes a detector, a phase determiner, a controller, and an outputter. The detector detects a drive current. The phase determiner determines a rotation phase of a rotator based on the detected drive current. The controller is configured to perform control in a first mode for controlling the drive current based on a torque current component and in a second mode for controlling the drive current based on a current having a predetermined magnitude. The outputter outputs a signal indicating a value of the excitation current component of the drive current is equal to or smaller than a threshold value when the value of the detected drive current is equal to or smaller than the threshold value in a condition that the second mode is executed and a value corresponding to the rotating speed of the rotator is larger than a predetermined value.

  • Patent number: 10505484
Abstract: An apparatus, to control a motor from an instructed phase indicating a motor rotor target phase, includes a detector, a phase determiner, a converter, and a controller. The detector detects a motor winding driving current. The phase determiner determines a rotor rotation phase from the detected driving current. The converter converts a detected current value in a stationary coordinate system into a current value in a rotational coordinate system from the determined rotation phase. The controller includes a first mode for controlling the driving current to cause a determined phase deviation between the instructed and rotation phases to decreased, and a second mode for controlling the driving current from a current having a previously determined magnitude. On switching the mode from the second to the first mode, the first mode target value is set from a driving current value corresponding to a current component represented by the rotational coordinate system.

  • Patent number: 10324456
Abstract: An object of this invention is to provide a plant operation support-system server and a plant operation support system which can manage the current situation of overall resources that are required for performing jobs corresponding to a procedure manual, and can further achieve resource management with enough margin based on future prediction. Using a current procedure-manual location determination unit, a control unit of a plant operation support-system server determines a current location in procedure-manual data DM, based on a condition of the plant acquired through sensors by a plant data acquisition unit. When there is a change in the current location, the control unit causes a current-situation management determination unit to assign currently-required resources according to the current position and causes a predictive management determination unit to predict presence/absence of resource deficiency.
