  • Publication number: 20070265308
Abstract: The present invention relates to a compound that has p38 MAP kinase inhibitory activity useful as drug medicine, represented by the general formula (I): wherein all the symbols are as defined in the description, or its salt, N-oxide or solvate, or a prodrug thereof. Further, there are provided a process for producing the same and usage thereof. The compound of the general formula (I) has a p38 MAP kinase inhibitory activity and is useful for the prevention and/or treatment of diseases in which an abnormal production of cytokine, such as inflammatory cytokine or chemokine, or an over-reaction thereto would be instrumental in the cause and aggravation of pathologic condition thereof, namely, cytokine-mediated diseases, for example, inflammatory diseases, respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases, central nervous diseases, etc.

  • Publication number: 20070010529
Abstract: The present invention relates to a compound represented by formula (I): (wherein all the symbols have the same meanings as defined in the above description) and a production method and use thereof. The compounds represented by formula (I), or its salt, N-oxide or solvate, or a prodrug thereof have p38 MAP kinase inhibitory activity, and are useful in the prevention and/or treatment of those diseases that are supposedly caused or deteriorated by abnormal production of cytokines including inflammatory cytokine or chemokine, or by over response thereto, namely cytokine-mediated diseases such as inflammatory diseases, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular disease, central nervous system diseases, and the like.

  • Patent number: 7053317
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to provide a hopper having a simplified structure that can prevent fragments of component parts generated by vibrations and bolts, nuts, etc., that have fallen out of place from intermixing with the articles in the weighing hoppers or on the conveyor of a combination weighing apparatus. A link mechanism for opening and closing a gate is arranged on a plate provided on one side of the box-like body of a pool hopper. A cover that covers the entire link mechanism is provided and the cover is configured such that it can be freely attached to and detached from the box-like body. The cover can be attached to and detached from the box-like body by engaging and disengaging an engaging member of the cover with and from a nut coupled to the box-like body.

  • Patent number: 6607098
Abstract: An allocating mechanism of a weighing apparatus that temporarily stores objects and allocates the objects to a plurality of hoppers disposed below is provided to reduce the amount of objects that remain without being allocated. The allocating mechanism 21 is included in the weighing apparatus. The allocating mechanism 21 is a mechanism that temporarily stores objects, and allocates the objects to hoppers 24 and 25 disposed below. The allocating mechanism 21 includes a tubular member 61, a bottom plate 62, a driving motor, and a controller. The bottom plate 62 can, together with the tubular member 61, form a storage space S, in which the objects are stored. The driving motor rotates the tubular member 61 and the bottom plate 62. The controller controls the driving motor to rotate the tubular member 61 and the bottom plate 62, such that the objects are dropped in one of the hoppers 24 and 25.
