  • Patent number: 6554508
Abstract: In a shutter facing an aperture portion in a partition plate in a photosensitive material processing device, a blocking member, formed substantially in a semicircular cylindrical shape, is placed by the rotation of a shaft between blades thereby closing the aperture portion. The opening between the blades is opened by rotating the blocking member integrally with the shaft so that a photosensitive material can pass through. Multi-leveled surfaces are formed on the top surface of a guide plate. Aperture portions for mounting rollers with adaptors are formed in an alternating pattern on the surfaces. A plurality of protruding guide ribs are provided extending across the surfaces. A plurality of brush roller parameters are adjusted so that a winding mark index defined by the parameters falls within a predetermined range. Rollers are washed when a finisher control system is restarted after an unforeseen long stoppage.

  • Patent number: 6546762
Abstract: A washing machine includes a washing shaft for rotating agitating blades disposed in a dewatering tank, and the washing shaft is disposed coaxially on a hollow dewatering shaft for rotating the dewatering tank. The washing shaft is connected to the output side of a reduction mechanism, and a washing side input shaft is connected to the input side of the reduction mechanism to rotate the washing shaft by decelerating the rotation of a drive motor. A rotor of the drive motor is coupled to the lower part of the washing side input shaft. Therefore, the rotating torque of the agitating blades can be increased without increasing the torque of the drive motor. In addition, if the laundry collides against the agitating blades, the eccentricity to the washing side input shaft is suppressed, thereby the increase of the washing capacity can be handled without increasing the size of the drive motor.

  • Patent number: 6547461
Abstract: In a photosensitive material processing apparatus of the present invention, a brush roller used in a pre-water-washing section and a developing section is formed by winding a slender band wherein bristles are woven into a knitted fabric onto the peripheral surface of a roller which is a core member. This makes it possible to arrange the bristles closely and uniformly on the whole of the peripheral surface of the roller. Therefore, the brush roller can be applied to a photopolymer plate, which uses a non-polymerizable layer as a photosensitive layer and requires strong rubbing without causing brushing unevenness.

  • Publication number: 20020148822
Abstract: In an automatic developing device, a preheating chamber comprises a heater and a circulation fan for adjusting the heating temperature for a photo polymer plate. A method for washing a roller in a desensitizing processing section is disclosed with a water supply bucket above the roller. A developing section of a processing device comprises a circulation pump and a spray pipe for smoothly substituting the developing liquid in the vicinity of a PS plate. By repeating supplying and stopping of electric power per every half cycle of an alternating current voltage based on the set operation time, the effective voltage is supplied when washing the roller after starting driving of the processing device. A liquid replenishing pattern depends on the configuration of a conveying path in the developing vessel in the processing device and a type of plates.

  • Patent number: 6378342
Abstract: A washer-dryer has an improved efficiency of drying; namely, the drying time is shortened and the unevenness of drying is alleviated. Furthermore, vibration during operations, especially during spin-drying, is reduced. An inner tub of approximately cylindrical shape rotating around a substantially vertical axis and for receiving a wash load is housed in an outer tub. The inner tub is provided with freely rotatable agitating means at the bottom part for agitating the wash load. A motor rotates the inner tub or the agitating means. The air to be supplied through a hot air supply channel into the inner tub is heated by heating means, which air is advanced by a drying air blower into the inner tub. Control means controls each of the washing, rinsing, spin-drying and drying processes by controlling respective operations of the motor, the heating means, the drying air blower, etc.

  • Publication number: 20020016242
Abstract: A brush roller is structured such that a web body having wire members is wound in a helical manner around a roller main body to which an axial end member is mounted. A fastening member is mounted to a rotary shaft of the axial end member, and one end of the web body is fixed to a holding member which is arranged between the fastening member and the axial end member so as to freely rotate relatively. The holding member relatively rotates in a winding direction due to an urging force of a torsional coil spring when elongation occurs in the web body, thereby preventing slack from occurring in the web body.

  • Patent number: 6291817
Abstract: In a moire apparatus having a projection grating 40, three-dimensional data of an object to be measured 2 is computed from the moire fringe observed while the projection grating 40 is moved, a distance-measuring reference point P (X, Y, Z) on the object 2 is selected from the three-dimensional data, and the distance L between the distance-measuring reference point P (X, Y, Z) and a taking lens 44 is measured. The distance L can automatically be measured by detecting the peak of video output signal of a CCD camera 52 while moving its lens 52L along the optical axis. Also, the distance-measuring reference point P (X, Y, Z) may be displayed with a flag on a monitor 18 for observing the moire fringe, and the distance between the object 2 and the taking lens 44 may be measured with reference to the flag-displayed pixel. A stationary grating 102 having a pitch identical to that of the projection grating 40 is disposed near the projection grating 40, so as to form a moire fringe.
