  • Publication number: 20010015082
Abstract: There are provided an outer tub suspended elastically in an enclosure, an inner tub for containing clothes supported rotatably within the outer tub, and a rotary impeller held rotatably on an inner bottom portion of the inner tub. The inner tub and/or the rotary impeller are driven by a motor. A drying blower delivers air into the inner tub, and a heater heats the air delivered by the blower unit. A controller controls operation of the motor, the drying blower, the heater, and the like, thereby controlling each process of washing, rinsing, hydro-extraction, and drying. In the hydro-extraction process, the controller drives the inner tub while also driving the drying blower to maintain delivery of air into the inner tub.

  • Patent number: 6215103
Abstract: In a heat developing section, heater boxes heated by sheet-like heaters are disposed vertically in pairs between an insertion roller pair and a discharging roller pair. When a heat developing photosensitive material is fed between the heater boxes by the insertion roller pair with a photosensitive layer of the heat developing photosensitive layer facing upward, it is guided by a guide plate of a lower heater box and is conveyed with an air layer being constantly formed between an upper heater box and the heat developing photosensitive material. As a result, the heat developing photosensitive material is heated without the photosensitive layer thereof being pressed. Accordingly, the heat developing photosensitive material is uniformly heated with no wrinkles generated therein, and an image of high finished quality is formed.

  • Patent number: 6148646
Abstract: A washing machine includes a washing shaft for rotating agitating blades disposed in a dewatering tank, and the washing shaft is disposed coaxially on a hollow dewatering shaft for rotating the dewatering tank. The washing shaft is connected to the output side of a reduction mechanism, and a washing side input shaft is connected to the input side of the reduction mechanism to rotate the washing shaft by decelerating the rotation of a drive motor. A rotor of the drive motor is coupled to the lower part of the washing side input shaft. Therefore, the rotating torque of the agitating blades can be increased without increasing the torque of the drive motor. In addition, if the laundry collides against the agitating blades, the eccentricity to the washing side input shaft is suppressed, thereby the increase of the washing capacity can be handled without increasing the size of the drive motor.

  • Patent number: 5675913
Abstract: A photosensitive material processing apparatus is equipped with a drying section in which a photosensitive material processed with a processing solution is conveyed by a plurality of rollers and dried by drying air from a drying air blowing device. In the photosensitive material processing apparatus, a plurality of heating rollers is disposed to form a part of the above-described plurality of rollers and whose surfaces are heated by a heat source. A control means effects on-off control for the heat source during processing of the photosensitive material to set the surface temperature of each of the plurality of heating rollers and to control the drying air blowing device to lower the surface temperature of each of the plurality of heating rollers by the drying air during a standby period. Accordingly, during the standby period, the surface temperature of each of the plurality of heating rollers is lowered forcibly by the drying air, so that overshooting is restricted.

  • Patent number: 4694364
Abstract: A magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus using a magnetic sheet as a recording medium includes a pack holder receiving a magnetic sheet pack containing the magnetic sheet therein. This pack holder is integrally firmly secured to the inner side of a door to be opened and closed at a time when the magnetic sheet pack is loaded and unloaded. In its opened state, only a gate portion formed in the door in such a manner as to be in communication with the pack holder is exposed. When the door is closed after the magnetic sheet pack is inserted from this gate portion to load it in the pack holder, an oscillating lever is oscillated in cooperation with the movement of the door. At one end of the oscillating lever, a control plate adapted to maintain a satisfactory head contact of the magnetic head with respect to the magnetic sheet is axially attached. When the oscillating lever is oscillated as mentioned above, the control plate enters into the pack holder.
