Patents by Inventor Shinichiro Iwasaki

Shinichiro Iwasaki has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Patent number: 4324137
Abstract: A temperature sensor including a casing and a core within the casing, where the core includes a bimetallic strip and a magnetically soft amorphous material secured to the strip. A change in temperature causes a deflection in the strip and hence a stress change in the magnetically soft amorphous material. An electrical coil is disposed about the core to convert the stress change in the magnetically soft amorphous member into an electrical signal.

  • Patent number: 4322973
Abstract: An acceleration or deceleration sensor is provided which includes a casing, a core disposed within the casing having an elastic member and a magnetically soft member of an amorphous metal that is integrally bonded to the elastic member, and an electrical coil wound around the core.

  • Patent number: 4320308
Abstract: A pulse duty control system comprises a pulse duty controlling element including a core made of an amorphous, magnetically soft material having a first and a second coil disposed thereon. A first set of pulses are applied to one end of the first coil while a second set of pulses, which are phase displaced by 180.degree. from the first set of pulses, are applied to one end of the second coil. The other end of the first coil is connected to an output terminal while the other end of the second coil is connected to a current controlling transistor, the base of which is connected to control circuit means. An output pulse, which is developed at the other end of the first coil, has a rising edge which lags behind the rising edge of a pulse of the first set of pulses by a time delay corresponding to the degree of conduction of the transistor which in turn depends on an output voltage from the control circuit means.
