    Abstract: A medical apparatus according to an embodiment includes an acquirer, an identifier, an output controller, a display controller, and an input operation acquirer. The acquirer acquires a fluoroscopic image of a object from an imager which performs imaging by irradiating the object with an electromagnetic wave to generate the fluoroscopic image. The identifier identifies a target position of the object in the fluoroscopic image. The output controller outputs an irradiation permission signal to a therapeutic device which irradiates the object with a therapeutic beam when the target position identified by the identifier is settled within an irradiation permission range. The display controller causes a display to display an interface image for receiving an instruction to start each of a preparation stage of a therapy and an irradiation stage of the therapeutic beam. The input operation acquirer acquires details of an input operation performed by a user in the interface image.
