    Abstract: A casing 20 surrounding a circuit structure 10 consists of a frame 21, a heat sink 30 located in a rear side of the circuit structure 10 and a cover 60 located in a front side. The frame 21 is in a two-component structure consisting of a first frame member 22 shaped a capital letter C and a second frame member 23 disposed in a rear side of a first terminal part 15A. Thereby, before implementing a switching member 13, the circuit structure 10 can be bonded to the heat sink 30 and, thereafter, the first frame member 22 and the second frame member 23 are separately fixed to the heat sink 30 so that the frame 21 surrounding the circuit structure 10 from the periphery can be completed.

Heat generated by a circuit construction body is conducted from the heat radiator plate, the auxiliary heat radiator plate portion and the radiant heat radiator portion to the gap and radiated to the body through the gap. The heat radiation characteristics of the connector box are improved.

Surface-mounting type relay switches are used as a switching unit for the power circuit. Contact-side terminals of each relay switch are mounted on the bus bar group while coil-side terminals thereof are mounted on the control circuit board. The opening and closing of relay contacts are controlled by a control circuit incorporated in the control circuit board.

    Abstract: A method is provided of connecting wires of a wiring harness to a junction box to form branch circuits. An electrical conductor material is formed in parallel strips in a Y-axis direction on one surface of an insulator board, and wires are arranged in an X-axis direction on the other side of the insulator board. A circuit assembly is formed by connecting the exposed cores of one end of the wires to the conductor material through openings provided in the insulator board. Connector terminals are installed at the other end of the wires that extend outward and away from the insulator board. Groups of wires are gathered and placed in same connectors in which joint terminals are provided. The wires are joined to the connectors to form multiple wire harnesses. The aforesaid circuit assembly is then installed within an upper and lower case assembly provided with lateral openings through which the wire harness can pass.
