    Abstract: A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material is described containing in its outermost layer a high molecular weight matting agent formed from at least one kind of alkali insoluble synthetic polymer grains having a glass transition point of at least 60.degree.     Abstract: A loaded polymer latex composition is disclosed. The composition comprises an aqueous polymer latex whose dispersed phase is made up of a specified cross-linked quaternary salt polymer loaded with a specified hydrophobic substance. The latex composition can be advantageously employed as a mordant polymer in a photographic element for a color diffusion transfer process. Use of the latex improves light resistance without lowering the maximum densities of the film images.
