  • Publication number: 20010018365
Abstract: A network game system preventing unfair operation and providing players with thrill and excitement is disclosed. In a link tag for hypertext, a back prevention counter value for identifying the hypertext is included. The counter value is also stored in a database. When a player presses a link button to send a URL, i.e. a game command, (S210), the counter value for the player is read out from the database (S212). The back prevention counter value included in the received URL is compared with the readout back prevention counter value. When the two values do not match, the player is informed that unfair operation is prohibited (S214). The link tag may also include time information, so that a deadline for transmission of a game command using the link tag is set by employing the time information.

  • Patent number: 6150920
Abstract: The present invention is to offer a resistor which can be mounted exactly on the terminals disposed on a circuit board regardless the sides of the resistor, and to offer its manufacturing method by forming the surface of the side-electrode layer at a height higher than the surface of protection layer, or by forming the surface of the second surface electrode layer at a height higher than the surface of protection layer. By these, the resistor can be mounted exactly on the terminal of circuit board at a high yield. Furthermore, since the first surface electrode layer and the second upper electrode layer are electrically connected together through a window provided on the protection layer, a higher connection reliability can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 5856002
Abstract: A polymeric foam which comprises a polymer and a small amount of organic composite having a bactericidal action contained therein, said organic composite being composed mainly of N,N-dimethyl-N'-phenyl-N'-(fluorodichloromethylthio)sulfamide, 1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-on, diiodomethyl-p-tolylsulfone, and methyl(benzimidazol-2-yl)carbamate, said polymer being a polyethylene copolymer resin which contains 72-95 wt % ethylene and 28-5 wt % vinyl acetate. The polymeric foam safely exhibits its antibacterial and mildewproofing functions and hence is suitable for use as a cushioning material on the floor and wall and also as a material for building blocks and babies' toys.
