  • Publication number: 20240241155
Abstract: A probe card includes a structure stiffener unit including a base with a lower surface where central and peripheral supporting elements protrude out and a main circuit board is fixed, a space transformer and a probe head disposed thereunder, which are disposed to the supporting elements by bolts and defined with central and peripheral regions located correspondingly to the central and peripheral supporting elements respectively, and a metal supporting member fixed on the space transformer in a direct contact manner and located correspondingly to the central region. The supporting member has a lower surface coplanar with the lower end surface of the peripheral supporting element, which is abutted on the space transformer, and an upper surface against which the central supporting element is abutted. The space transformer has great structural strength, flatness and heat dissipation effect for satisfying the large-area requirement and great electrical property testing stability.

  • Publication number: 20240095467
Abstract: Translating applications to a target language includes extracting program integrated information (PII) to be translated and creating translation context datasets based on interpretation of accessibility information associated with particular strings of PII. Translation pairs include PII and corresponding context datasets for context-based translation of application components. A two-stage index contains PII strings for first stage lookup and context datasets for distinguishing duplicate PII strings as a second stage lookup. Real-time translation is facilitated by the two-stage index, which is established by translation pairs and resulting translations.

  • Publication number: 20240069912
Abstract: A method for identifying hard-coded strings in source code is disclosed. In one embodiment, such a method parses source code and associated localization resource files to identify hard-coded strings and their associated context. The method provides a confidence score for each hard-coded string that indicates whether the hard-coded string is translatable or non-translatable. Based on the confidence score for each hard-coded string, the method transforms each hard-coded string into a single equivalence word. The method then prepares training data by tagging the hard-coded strings in the source code and associated localization resource files as one of translatable and non-translatable. The method then trains a parts-of-speech (POS) tagging model using the training data. At runtime, the method fetches potential hard-coded strings and tags each hard-coded string as one of translatable and non-translatable using the POS tagging model. A corresponding system and computer program product are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20230059521
Abstract: Described herein are compositions for treating or preventing a viral infection comprising bacteriophages that bind to the virus and block or inhibit viral entry into a host cell. Bacteriophage libraries may be screened to identify bacteriophages that bind to a virus of interest, and the identified bacteriophages may be used to treat or prevent an infection caused by the virus of interest. Also described herein are methods of treating or preventing a viral infection by administering a bacteriophage composition to a subject in vivo or to a surface in vitro. The bacteriophages in the composition may bind to the virus and inhibit viral entry into a host cell, thereby reducing the infectivity of the virus. Reducing the infectivity of the virus may treat or prevent the viral infection.

  • Publication number: 20160206749
Abstract: Cholesterol moieties are linked to specific ends of double-stranded RNA, preferably a small, interfering (si)RNA or to a dsHybrid. The dsHybrid has one strand comprised of DNA and one strand comprised of RNA. Preferably the sense strand is the DNA strand and the antisense strand is the RNA strand of the dsHybrid. The present invention is based upon the discovery that a cholesterol moiety, if linked to a specific end or ends of the sense or antisense strands of a siRNA, can enhance the delivery and silencing efficiency of the siRNA directed against its target message, in comparison with a corresponding, non-conjugated siRNA. Conjugated siRNAs and dsHybrids of the invention are optionally formulated with, or coordinately administered with, a secondary delivery-enhancing agent, such as a delivery-enhancing peptide, to enhance intracellular delivery and uptake of the conjugated siRNAs or dsHybrid.
