    Abstract: An intelligent and flexible steel arch protection device for rockfall and collapse of tunnels, including an arch main body system and a flexible protection system. The arch main body system includes an arched rigid high-strength steel frame and a base. The flexible protection system includes two parallel supporting rods which are oppositely arranged on the steel frame along the circular arc of the arch. Connecting rods are arranged between the two supporting rods at intervals, and the two ends of the connecting rods are fixed to the two supporting rods. The connecting rods are sleeved with guide rods and elastic devices are arranged between the guide rods and the supporting rods. A plurality of rolling shafts vertical to the axial direction of the two-way guide rods and connected with the two-way guide rods are arranged between the adjacent two-way guide rods, and the rolling shafts are sleeved with flexile rollers.

    Abstract: A high-strength confined concrete support system for an underground tunnel. The support system includes multiple confined concrete arches, bolts and cables, and a prestressed steel strand backfilling system. The confined concrete arches all support the surrounding rock of the tunnel and are sequentially arranged along the tunnel. Every two adjacent confined concrete arches are connected by a longitudinal connection structure. The support system is provided with a plurality of layers of steel bar meshes on the surrounding rock side and the tunnel side, and shotcrete layers are sprayed on the support system and the steel bar meshes. The prestressed steel strand backfilling system comprises a prestressed steel strand system and a filling material. The filling material fills the space between each confined concrete arch and the surrounding rock to equalize a load on the confined concrete arch and generate prestress.

    Abstract: An anti-collapse jet grouting drill bit with bi-directional rib wings, and a grouting consolidation including: a grouting pump connected to a high-pressure pipeline, which connects to an underground drill rig; an outer flat drill rod, connected with the underground drill rig; a sealing device, sheathed on the outer flat drill rod at the orifice of a drill hole, ensuring the outer flat drill rod is sealed with the orifice of the drill hole which connects to a jet grouting drill bit with bi-directional rib wings. The grouting pump jets slurry into the drill hole in a static osmotic manner through the jet rib wing drill bit, while the underground jet drill rig is rotated by the force of outer flat drill rod. The rotation of the jet slurry and the rib wings, repairs the hole wall by cutting chippings or squeezing the chippings back into the hole wall.
