    Abstract: A prepuce extruding, cutting, hemostasis, and healing assembly using ultrasonic wave. Ultrasonic wave is applied in extruding, cutting, hemostasis, and healing of prepuce at a conjunction of internal and external tissues of a distal part of a human body. The assembly includes an ultrasonic generating device, a transmission device and a circumcision device. The ultrasonic generating device is used for generating ultrasonic waves, is connected to the transmission device and can send the ultrasonic waves to the transmission device. The transmission device is connected to the circumcision device and can send the ultrasonic waves to the circumcision device. The circumcision device is used for extruding and cutting a prepuce and/or performing hemostasis and/or healing of wounds. In this way, circumcision can be completed within just several seconds, and immediate healing can be achieved, preventing bleeding during and after a surgery.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a communication method for a slave device connected to a master device via an I2C bus. The method includes detecting the condition of a byte end flag when the slave device is in a transmission mode, and clearing the byte end flag to stop transmitting data to the master device as the slave device is in the transmission mode when the byte end flag is detected to be in a first condition. The first condition indicates all data requested by the master device has been transmitted by the slave device. The present disclosure further discloses a slave device using the above-mentioned communication method. When the slave device is in the transmission mode, it is unnecessary to switch the operation mode of the slave device to stop the slave device from continuing transmitting data when the last byte of data has been transmitted.

A sparse dyadic mode (308) for partitioning macroblocks (MBs) along edges in a depth map is provided as well as techniques for trilateral (or bilateral) filtering of depth maps that may include adaptive selection between filters sensitive to changes in video intensity and/or changes in depth. One implementation partitions a depth picture, and then refines the partitions based on a corresponding image picture. Another implementation filters a portion of a depth picture based on values for a range of pixels in the portion. For a given pixel in the portion that is being filtered, the filter weights a value of a particular pixel in the range by a weight that is based on one or more of location distance, depth difference, and image difference.

Blocks of a given image may be evaluated for blurriness and, when a block of a given image is estimated to be blurry, the block of the image and co-located blocks of higher resolution image(s) may be designated as blurry. Thereafter, a blurriness score may be calculated for the source image from the number of blocks of the source image designated as blurry.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparing a rare earth permanent magnet material. The preparation method of the present invention comprises atomizing spray process and infiltrating process, wherein the atomizing-sprayed sintered rare earth magnet is placed in a closed container before infiltrating. Through the atomizing spray process a solution containing a heavy rare earth element is coated on the surface of a sintered R1-Fe(Co)—B-A-X-M rare earth magnet, and after baking, heat treatment is performed to infiltrate the sprayed heavy rare earth element to the grain boundary phase of the sintered rare earth magnet. This method decreases the amount of a heavy rare earth element used, increases the coercive force of magnets with a little decrease of remanence, decreases the remanence temperature coefficient and coercive force temperature coefficient of the magnet, and improves resistance of the magnet against demagnetization at a high temperature.

Using the method of the present invention enables the rare earth element to infiltrate homogeneously with a high permeability. In addition, the present invention may have a lower production cost, significantly increase coercive force of the permanent magnet material, but decrease the remanence very little.
