    Abstract: Several implementations relate, for example, to depth encoding and/or filtering for 3D video (3DV) coding formats. A sparse dyadic mode (308) for partitioning macroblocks (MBs) along edges in a depth map is provided as well as techniques for trilateral (or bilateral) filtering of depth maps that may include adaptive selection between filters sensitive to changes in video intensity and/or changes in depth. One implementation partitions a depth picture, and then refines the partitions based on a corresponding image picture. Another implementation filters a portion of a depth picture based on values for a range of pixels in the portion. For a given pixel in the portion that is being filtered, the filter weights a value of a particular pixel in the range by a weight that is based on one or more of location distance, depth difference, and image difference.

    Abstract: A control chip, a control system, and a control method for a motor are disclosed. The control chip comprises: an analog comparator comprising a first input terminal and a second input terminal, wherein the first input terminal receives a reference voltage of the motor, the second input terminal receives at least one back EMF (Electromotive Force) of the motor in turn, the analog comparator compares each of the at least one back EMF with the reference voltage in turn through a polling method, so as to produce at least one comparison result and control the motor according to the at least one comparison result. Thereby, the analog comparator is able to compare back EMF with the reference voltage without three comparators, and the cost is therefore saved.

    Abstract: A data storage method applying to the phase change memory and a phase change memory are provided. After obtaining to-be-stored data, the phase change memory generates an erase pulse signal and a write pulse signal according to the to-be-stored data. The to-be-stored data is multi-bit data. The write pulse signal is a signal including at least two consecutive pulses with a same amplitude. The amplitude of the at least two consecutive pulses is a value determined according to the to-be-stored data. Then, the phase change memory applies the erase pulse signal to a storage unit of the phase change memory to allow the storage unit to switch to a crystalline state. Further, the write pulse signal is applied to the storage unit to allow the storage unit to switch to an amorphous state corresponding to a first resistance value, where the amorphous state represents the to-be-stored data.

The device of the present invention can ensure uniformity of the thickness of a coating layer on the magnet. In addition, the device can improve spraying efficiency and save raw material.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for improving the heterologous synthesis of a polyketide by E. coli and use thereof. The yield of the polyketide heterologously synthesized by E. coli is significantly increased by attenuating the expression of seventy-two genes, such as sucC and talB, in a host strain, wherein the highest yield increase rate can reach 60% or more. Currently, erythromycin is the most clear model compound in the study on the biosynthesis of polyketids. The production strain of the present invention enables massive accumulation of 6-deoxyerythronolide (6-dEB), an erythromycin precursor, in the fermentation process, laying the foundation for the industrial production of the heterologous synthesis of erythromycin by E. coli.

The modulation signal of the optical wave “phase modulator” of the fiber optical current sensor system is modulation square wave, signal processing system extracts any harmonic wave of the photoelectric converter output modulation square waves, and extracts the measured current information from it. The preamplifier of signal processing system is transimpedance amplifier TIA, the bandwidth is extracted 1/650 instantaneous amplitude square wave directly from the modulation square wave (existing), thus the thermal noise of the preamplifier output and shot noise level is reduced to the existing technology of below 1/650; the current-voltage gain of transimpedance amplifier TIA does not depend on the feedback network resistance, thus it can have high current-voltage conversion gain and use low resistance in the feedback network TIA at the same time.

The method of the present invention can significantly increase coercive force of a permanent magnet material, while remanence and magnetic energy product hardly decrease.     Abstract: The present invention provides a rare earth permanent magnet material and manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises a multi-arc ion plating step and a infiltrating step, wherein multi-arc ion plating process is adopted to deposit a metal containing a heavy rare earth element on a surface of a sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet which has a thickness of 10 mm or less in at least one direction; and then heat treatment is performed on the sintered neodymium-iron-boron after deposition. The sum of an intrinsic coercive force (Hcj, in unit of kOe) and a maximum magnetic energy product ((BH)max, in unit of MGOe) of the permanent magnet material of the present invention is 66.8 or more. Moreover, the manufacturing method of the present invention has high production efficiency and does not increase harmful substances, and the price of devices is relatively low.
