The method includes: acquiring configuration information of at least one initial active downlink bandwidth part BWP; and determining a first initial active downlink BWP corresponding to a terminal device according to the configuration information of the at least one initial active downlink BWP. A terminal device determines a first initial active downlink BWP corresponding to the terminal device according to configuration information of at least one initial active downlink BWP, so as to ensure that each terminal device selects an initial active downlink BWP according to its actual requirements, thereby avoiding a problem of low communication efficiency caused by the same initial active downlink BWP of each terminal device.

The method comprises: receiving dynamic control signaling from a network-side device in a preset period with a first duration unit, wherein the dynamic control signaling is configured to instruct a user equipment (UE) to determine an application delay, and the application delay is a delay for switching signal-receiving modes by the UE; determining the application delay on the basis of the dynamic control signaling; and executing a signal receiving operation by using a signal-receiving mode after switching in a second duration unit, wherein the second duration unit is determined according to the first duration unit and the application delay. The present invention solves the technical problem in related art of a network-side device and a UE lacking consistency in control channel monitoring and transmission.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a cell access method, a device, and a storage medium. The method includes: a terminal device receives a first synchronization signal block SSB; the terminal device determines, according to a preset bandwidth and bandwidth information contained in the first SSB, a target cell that supports the access by the terminal device, and the terminal device accesses the target cell. If the cell corresponding to the first SSB is not the target cell, the terminal device does not need to blindly detect the PDCCH of the cell, which saves the time for accessing the network. Further, whether the cell corresponding to the first SSB is the target cell is determined only according to the bandwidth information contained in the first SSB and the preset bandwidth, without adding additional signaling overhead, which has little impact on the existing NR system, and the complexity is low.
