    Abstract: A method and apparatus for generating an unordered list, a method for managing images and a terminal device are disclosed. The method for generating the unordered list includes: randomly acquiring a first element from an ordered list and inserting the first element into the unordered list; cycling the execution of the following steps in a case where a number of current elements in the unordered list is smaller than a sum of elements in the ordered list: determining whether a position at which the first element is located is an edge position in the ordered list and randomly acquiring a second element from the ordered list based on a determining result, and randomly acquiring a target position from the unordered list and inserting the second element into the target position in the unordered list; and ending the cyclic execution in a case where the number of the elements in the unordered list is equal to the sum of the elements in the ordered list.

    Abstract: Techniques are described for a multiple-phase process that uses machine learning (ML) models to produce a texturized version of an input image. During a first phase, using a pix2pix-based ML model, an automatically-generated image that depicts structured texture is generated based on an input image that visually identifies a plurality of image areas for the structured texture. During a second phase, a neural style transfer-based ML model is used to apply the style of a style image (e.g., a target image from the training dataset of the pix2pix-based ML model) to the texture image generated at the first phase (the content image) to produce a modified texture image. According to an embodiment, during a third phase, the generated texture image produced at the first phase and the modified texture image produced at the second phase are combined to produce a structured texture image with a moderated amount of detail.

When the type identifier indicates a low data transmission delay requirement, the electronic device receives, in a first time period after the electronic device receives the indication information, the data stream by using a first TCP connection. When an accumulated data amount actually received by the electronic device in the first time period is less than a product of the parameter and duration corresponding to the first time period, the electronic device receives the data stream in a second time period by using both the two TCP connections.

    Abstract: A mapping correspondence between memory addresses and request counts and a cache line flusher are provided, enabling selective cache flushing for persistent memory in a computing system to optimize write performance thereof. Random writes from cache memory to persistent memory are prevented from magnifying inherent phenomena of write amplification, enabling computing systems to implement persistent memory as random-access memory, at least in part. Conventional cache replacement policies may remain implemented in a computing system, but may be effectively overridden by operations of a cache line flusher according to example embodiments of the present disclosure preventing conventional cache replacement policies from being triggered. Implementations of the present disclosure may avoid becoming part of the critical path of a set of computer-executable instructions being executed by a client of cache memory, minimizing additional computation overhead in the critical path.
