    Abstract: Increasing index search efficiency and availability in a database is provided. An index space matrix corresponding to a plurality of mini-indices of the database is built using ordered boundary values that correspond to key value ranges of each respective mini-index to increase index search efficiency by removing redundant mini-index accesses. Mini-indices of the plurality of mini-indices are consolidated asynchronously without suspending access to the mini-indices using a particular consolidation policy of a plurality of consolidation policies that corresponds to an amount of key value overlap identified between the mini-indices. Data operations corresponding to transactions are performed using the index space matrix during consolidation of the mini-indices without suspending access to the mini-indices.

The method includes: performing grid division on the selected region, and acquiring building vector data, land utilization data and instrument observation data in the selected region; calculating and correcting sensible heat fluxes and latent heat fluxes of different underlying surface types in a vorticity correlator flux source region; calculating temporal-spatial distribution of the sensible heat flux and the latent heat flux of each grid in a large-aperture scintillometer flux source region, and calculating temporal-spatial distribution of an anthropogenic heat flux of each grid in the flux source region in combination with a surface energy balance equation; and constructing an anthropogenic heat flux estimation model based on a convolutional neural network, and accurately estimating temporal-spatial distribution of the anthropogenic heat flux of each grid in the selected region.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for constructing a time-varying constitutive model of a seawater-aged GINA gasket for an immersed tube tunnel and relates to the technical field of research of immersed tube waterproof equipment. The method includes the following steps: obtaining stress relaxation curves at different aging temperatures; determining an aging performance change value P of rubber used for a GINA gasket; determining a stress-strain relation curve of the GINA gasket; obtaining a stress-strain relation curve of a full aging cycle; and constructing a constitutive model of stress relaxation and seawater aging of the GINA gasket. According to the present disclosure, a service state of the GINA gasket can be dynamically monitored, which provides a basis for service life evaluation of the GINA gasket and early warning on a risk of the GINA gasket.

In the present invention, the Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis A32 is obtainable by compound mutation on the basis of the original strain L. lactis lxl. Experiments showed that, compared with nisin titre of the original strain L. lactis lxl, the Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis A32 has high nisin yield, and the nisin titre has been improved for 3˜4 times (over 5066.58 IU/mL); in the meanwhile, the growth curve of the Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis A32 is slightly longer than the original strain L. lactis lxl and biomass peaks of them are basically consistent. The present invention has laid a foundation for large scale production of nisin.
