The machine tool includes at least two spindles, an acoustic frequency detecting module, at least two spindle position detecting modules, and a control module. The spindles machine a workpiece. The acoustic frequency detecting module detects an acoustic frequency of the spindles when machining the workpiece. The spindle position detecting modules detects position information of the spindles when machining the workpiece. The control module acquires the acoustic frequency and the position information of the spindles, monitors whether any of the spindles chatters according to the acoustic frequency of the spindles, and performs chattering avoidance to the spindle that chatters according to the position information of the spindles. As such, the present disclosure performs chattering monitoring to a plurality of spindles and avoids the chattering immediately.

    Abstract: A chatter avoidance method and device is provided, including steps of: providing a stable operating condition plot; partially removing a first layer of a workpiece with a predetermined first removal depth according to a safe removal depth of the stable operating condition plot and sensing a chatter caused by the removal operation; if no chatter is sensed, completing the removal operation, otherwise, continuing to partially remove the first layer with a second removal depth less than the predetermined first removal depth; and determining a minimum removal depth according to the removal operation, and removing a last layer of the workpiece with a last removal depth less than or equal to the minimum removal depth, allowing the workpiece to have a target thickness. The disclosure prevents a chatter from continuously occurring without requiring a shut-down and thereby maintains a desired production rate.

    Abstract: A bracket positioned on one side of a membrane or surface is adjustable from the other side of the surface to permit the position of an item supported by the bracket to be readily adjusted relatively to the surface. The bracket has a base to which an arm is movably attached. The arm moves between an open and a closed position to permit the item to be received by the bracket. In the closed position the item is clamped between the base and the arm. A finger is mounted on the base and is movable into and out of engagement with a contact surface on the arm. When the finger engages the contact surface it secures the arm in the closed position and effects the clamping action which holds the item in position. The finger and arm are readily accessible to permit adjustment.

    Abstract: Extra coagulant is added to the cuff portion of the former by a spray nozzle located between the coagulant and latex dipping tanks. A former is placed into a coagulant. After removal from the coagulant, additional coagulant to the cuff portion of the former by any conventional means, such as a spray nozzle. The higher concentration of coagulant at the cuff portion results in a thicker latex thickness at the cuff portion and counteracts the reduced dwell time of the cuff in the latex dipping tank as compared to the fingertip portion of the former. The thickness of the cuff portion can be controlled by altering the concentration of the coagulant applied by the spray nozzle.

    Abstract: A dual-receiving ultrasonic distance measuring equipment is disclosed, which uses a transmitter and two receivers, one of which serves as an objective and the other as a reference, to perform distance measurement. The transmitter and the reference receiver are fixedly installed on a phase adjusting platform, capable of adjusting a reference phase by fine-tuning the distance between the transmitter and the reference receiver. As the objective receiver is disposed on an object under measurement which is a distance away from the phase adjusting platform, there will be a phase shift due to the propagation of an ultrasonic wave from the transmitter as it is received by the two receivers. And thereby, the distance between the two receivers can be calculated based on the phase shift. The aforesaid ultrasonic distance measuring equipment can be applied in the positioning system of high precision machinery or other non-contact distance measuring system.
