    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for determining optimal preservation temperature of the anaerobic ammonia oxidation biofilm in wastewater treatment, and belongs to the technical field of environmental engineering. The method of the present disclosure characterizes the ratio of living cells, early apoptotic cells, late apoptotic cells and dead cells in the anaerobic ammonia oxidation biofilm by flow cytometry, and the optimum storage temperature can be measured within a few hours. The method of the present disclosure performs correlation analysis on the characteristic indexes of the anaerobic ammonia oxidation biofilm activity recovery process to verify the reliability of the data. By using the method of the present disclosure, the step of recovering the biofilm activity can be omitted, the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were over 90% and 85%, respectively.

    Abstract: The technology of this application relates to a cell assembly and a method for preparing a cell assembly. The cell assembly includes a first subcell, a second subcell adjacent to the first subcell, and a bottom electrode. Both the first subcell and the second subcell include a P-type layer and an N-type layer, and a light-harvesting layer located between the P-type layer and the N-type layer. The P-type layer of the first subcell is connected to the N-type layer of the second subcell by using the bottom electrode. A connection manner between subcells is provided. Compared with a current manner in which P1, P2, and P3 gaps are formed between subcells through cutting to implement interconnection, geometrical optical loss brought by interconnection between the subcells can be reduced.

An expected object trajectory for an object in the field of view of the sensor may be computed by the LSTM network based at least in part an observed object trajectory. By comparing the observed object trajectory to the expected object trajectory, a determination may be made that the observed object trajectory is indicative of an anomaly.

    Abstract: This application provides a solar cell, including a front electrode, a functional layer, and a back electrode. The front electrode is an electrode on a side of an illuminated surface. The front electrode includes a high-conductivity region and a low-conductivity region that are adjacent to each other, or the back electrode includes a high-conductivity region and a low-conductivity region that are adjacent to each other. The front electrode and/or the back electrode may be designed to be separated by region, and conductivity of one conductive region is designed to be higher than conductivity of the other conductive region. This can effectively avoid a film rectangular resistance loss caused by large-scale non-uniform lateral transfer of a photocurrent, and improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell. In addition, cell comprehensive performance can be improved by flexibly selecting materials based on different requirements of different regions in different application scenarios.

The cell activity state and performance effect are verified to be reliable after activity recovery by the test data.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a cellulose nanocrystal-supported sodium alginate adsorbent and use thereof in enriching organic phosphorus in wastewater, belonging to the technical field of environmental engineering. Cellulose nanocrystals are prepared from papermaking deinking sludge through chemical conditioning, drying, crushing, chemical oxidation and microwave assisted separation, and then supported on alginate under weakly acidic conditions to provide the cellulose nanocrystals with the ability to enrich organic phosphorus in wastewater. By using this method, the content of organic phosphorus in the wastewater can be significantly reduced, the total phosphorus in the effluent can be reduced, and the wastewater treatment effluent can satisfy the discharge standard. The enriched organic phosphorus can be recycled as a phosphorus resource through incineration.

The methods include an app on the homeowner device that provides directed videographic-based appraisal through the home. Captured video is then sent to a server for post-processing and analysis, followed by a professional appraisal and issuance of an appraisal report. Various features may modify the videographic data to remove irrelevant data that could bias the appraisal (such as personal information about the seller) and identify data relevant to the appraisal that might otherwise be overlooked. Machine learning models may be used to assess and determine the current state of the property based on the videographic data.
