Abstract: A process for fabricating passive plastic displays, comprising the steps of: adopting a roll-to-roll coating machine for fabricating a bottom substrate having a fist patterned conducting line, fabricating a top substrate having a second patterned conducting line and an active area of polymeric liquid crystal on the surface of the top substrate by means of a roll-to-roll coating machine, and sealing the top and the bottom substrates by means of a roll-to-roll coating machine to form a plurality of display panels. Due to the continuous fabrication of the present invention with the low-cost apparatuses, applications of the plastic displays in the low-end products can be accelerated.

Abstract: A system for identifying and locating an identity (ID) and the method thereof are disclosed. An ID processing unit receives an ID code from an ID unit and identify its ID. A delay time is estimated according to the received ID code, so that the location of the ID in a store. This enables a service representative to know which customers are in a nearby area in advance. The service representative can further look up the customer data from a customer database in order to provide better, personalized services for customers.

Abstract: A bubble generator is constructed to include a cylindrical casing, a tapered tube suspended in a front open side of the casing and adapted for guiding water into the casing, the tapered tube having recessed holes on the inside adapted for causing a negative pressure when water passing through the tapered tube into the inside of the casing toward the water outlet, a rod member axially slidably inserted through a rear closed side of the casing into the inside of the tapered tube, and a stopper fixedly fastened to the rod member and moved with the rod member to adjust the gap between the stopper and the tapered tube.
