    Abstract: A capacitor includes a metal case having an opening, a capacitor element accommodated in the metal case, an electrolyte accommodated in the metal case, and a sealing rubber sealing the opening of the metal case. The sealing rubber seals the opening of the metal case while the sealing rubber is compressed to have a stress applied thereto. The stress is not lower than 0.5 MPa and not higher than a predetermined maximum value. This capacitor prevents the electrolyte from leaking, thus having high reliability.

    Abstract: A capacitor includes a metal case and a terminal plate. The metal case accommodates a capacitor element together with a driving electrolyte and is joined to one of the electrodes of the capacitor element at its inner bottom surface. The terminal plate is joined to the other electrode at its inner surface so as to seal the opening of the metal case. The terminal plate is provided with a pressure regulating valve also functioning as a driving-electrolyte filling hole. The pressure regulating valve includes a ring-shaped elastic member which is pressed into the wall formed on the terminal plate.

The weight measuring device further comprises a second arm with one end receiving the load of the object to be measured and the other end fixed to the arm through a link pin. By the configuration of the present invention, the load applied to the strain detection substrate is reduced, and a weight measuring device improved in detecting resolution is obtained. Furthermore, the weight measuring device of the present invention is unitized, and the weight measuring device can be easily built into various equipment.

    Abstract: An inertia detecting transducer having a reliable detection element. The element is kept to be free from deposition of gas and organic substance generated from resin adhesive. A first case of the transducer has an opening and a circuit component mounted thereon, and is provided with an external electrode and a first connection electrode. A second case includes a detection element mounted inside thereof, and an opening of the case is sealed with a sealing plate. The second case is further provided with a second connection electrode. The second case is attached to the first case so that the former covers the opening of the latter. The second connection electrode and the first connection electrode are electrically coupled. In the above-described configuration of the present invention, if an inertia detecting transducer gets a partial damage, either one of the detection element and the circuit component remaining intact can be re-utilzed.

Tuning fork vibrator (10) has two tuning fork arms (10a) and (10b) and tuning fork base (10c).
