    Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a shared augmented reality environment are provided. In particular, the latency of communication is reduced by using a peer-to-peer protocol to determine where to send datagrams. Datagrams describe actions that occur within the shared augmented reality environment, and the processing of datagrams is split between an intermediary node of a communications network (e.g., a cell tower) and a server. As a result, the intermediary node may provide updates to a local state of a client device when a datagram is labelled peer-to-peer, and otherwise provides updates to the master state on the server. This may reduce the latency of communication and allow users of the location-based parallel reality game to see actions occur more quickly in the shared augmented reality environment.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a polyolefin using a supported hybrid metallocene catalyst. According to the present disclosure, a polyolefin having a narrow molecular weight distribution can be prepared very effectively by introducing a cocatalyst in an optimum content in the presence of a supported hybrid metallocene catalyst containing two or more metallocene compounds having a specific chemical structure. The polyolefin prepared according to the present disclosure exhibits excellent uniformity in chlorine distribution in polyolefin during chlorination, thereby significantly improving elongation of the chlorinated polyolefin, compatibility with PVC and impact reinforcing performance. Thus, it exhibits excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, flame retardancy, processability and impact strength reinforcing effect, and can be suitably applied as an impact reinforcing agent for PVC pipes and window profiles.

    Abstract: A reference-order AL-FEC system for recovering network video data packet loss during real-time video communication includes a packetizer, a reference-order AL-FEC encoder, a reference-order AL-FEC decoder and a depacketizer. The packetizer constructs source symbols from source packets of a current frame. The encoder generates a repair symbol from the source symbols of the current frame and other reference frames based on the reference-order, not time-order, between the frames within an encoding window. The encoder also generates a repair packet based on the repair symbol. The decoder recovers a lost source symbol based on the source symbols of the frames of the encoding window and the repair symbol by decoding the repair packet. The decoding is achieved by solving a linear system of the repair symbol.
