  • Publication number: 20240192650
Abstract: An occupancy count of the space of a building from each of a plurality of occupancy sensors may be monitored and an error parameter for each of the plurality of occupancy sensors may be identified, each error parameter representative of a difference between the occupancy count of the respective occupancy sensor and a ground truth occupancy count of the space, normalized over a period of time. An assigned weight for each of the plurality of occupancy sensors may be determined based at least in part on the respective error parameter. The estimated occupancy count of the space of the building is determined based at least in part on the occupancy count of each of the plurality of occupancy sensors and the assigned weight of each of the plurality of occupancy sensors. The BMS system is controlled based at least in part on the estimated occupancy count.

  • Patent number: 11979849
Abstract: A mobile device supports positioning with positioning reference signals (PRS) on multiple beam by dividing the PRS processing into two separate modes, an acquisition mode and a tracking mode. In acquisition mode, the mobile device performs a fast scan of all of the beams from a base station transmitting PRS using less than the full set of resources for the PRS, i.e., less than the full bandwidth and/or less than the full number of repetitions of the PRS. The mobile device may select the best beams to use for positioning, e.g., based on signal strength metric. In tracking mode, the mobile device tracks the PRS from only the selected beams using the full set of resources for the PRS. The mobile device may return to acquisition mode after a predetermined number of positioning occasions or if the selected beams are no longer valid due to movement or change in conditions.

  • Publication number: 20240134407
Abstract: A voltage supervisor includes a first transistor coupled between a first supply voltage and a second supply voltage. The voltage supervisor includes a second transistor coupled between the first supply voltage and the second supply voltage. The voltage supervisor is configured to provide a first current proportional to a difference in gate-to-source voltages of the first transistor and the second transistor. The voltage supervisor is also configured to provide a second current proportional to a difference in the first supply voltage and the difference in gate-to-source voltages of the first transistor and the second transistor. The voltage supervisor is configured to compare the first current to the second current to determine a voltage value that changes a state responsive to the first supply voltage crossing a threshold.

  • Patent number: 11960353
Abstract: A system for root cause analysis based on process optimization data is provided. The system receives log data associated with a first trace between a first activity and a second activity of a process. The system further determines a state of inefficiency between the first activity and the second activity based on the received log data. The system further applies a first machine learning (ML) model on the received log data. The system further determines a first label and a first value to be associated with the first trace of the process based on the application of the first ML model. The system further generates presentation data associated with the determined state of inefficiency of the first trace based on the determination of the first label and the first value and further transmits the generated presentation data on a user device.

  • Publication number: 20240078701
Abstract: A system and method for determining a location of a client device is described herein. In particular, a client device receives images captured by a camera at the client device. The client device identifies features in the images. The features may be line junctions, lines, curves, or any other features found in images. The client device retrieves a 3D map of the environment from the map database and compares the identified features to the 3D map of the environment, which includes map features such as map line junctions, map lines, map curves, and the like. The client device identifies a correspondence between the features identified from the images and the map features and determines a location of the client device in the real world based on the correspondence. The client device may display visual data representing a location in a virtual world corresponding to the location in the real world.

  • Publication number: 20240061128
Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for performing Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS) signal acquisition. For example, an example of a method for performing QZSS signal acquisition includes obtaining a modulated message signal using a frequency band and generating, based on an estimated set of signal acquisition parameters associated with an acquired signal, an energy grid of correlation codes. A series of extracted data bytes can be generated for each respective hypothesis of a plurality of hypotheses, based on a location of a peak energy within the energy grid of correlation codes. A correct hypothesis out of the plurality of hypotheses can be determined, wherein the correct hypothesis is associated with a generated series of extracted data bytes that includes a pre-determined header preamble pattern. The modulated message signal can be decoded using an initial code phase associated with the correct hypothesis.

  • Publication number: 20240064685
Abstract: Disclosed are various techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) measures, during a measurement period that spans multiple measurement opportunities, multiple positioning reference signal (PRS) instances, each PRS instance occupying a different measurement opportunity, to produce a plurality of positioning measurements. A PRS instance can be a PRS resource, a PRS resource set, a PRS frequency layer, a transmission/reception point, or combinations thereof. For each PRS instance measured, the UE determines whether the PRS instance was punctured. Upon a determination that the PRS instance was punctured, the UE discards at least a portion of the positioning measurement and modifies the measurement period, e.g., by restarting the measurement period or extending the measurement period in order to take a measurement of another PRS instance.

  • Publication number: 20230422190
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) associated with a wireless network determines a first reference signal time difference value. The UE determines a first RSTD estimate and a first RSTD uncertainty associated with the first RSTD value, identifies a search interval for the first RSTD value, the search interval extending from a difference between the first RSTD estimate and the first RSTD uncertainty to a sum of the first RSTD estimate and the first RSTD uncertainty, receives wireless signals during the identified search interval, determines a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) window offset for decoding a first positioning reference signal (PRS) received during the identified search interval, and determines the first RSTD value based at least in part on the determined FFT window offset.
